Rude Staff
Staff, rude and unprofessional.
I was sitting on the shops seating, trying on sandals, my husband was on one knee trying to do the sandel up for me. Whilst this was happening one member of staff needed to get to the till, with customers behind her. My husband was in the way, she wanted him to get up and move. She could have easily walked around us, but refused to do this. We are both elderly, my poor husband 82yrs old was having difficulty getting up. My husband was made to feel very embarrassed in front of customers. Your member of staff was sarcastic and unprofessional. I doubt we will return to Pavers, at Polhill Gdn, centre. Badgers Mount. Kent.
