I first discovered Pavers shoes while visiting the UK and bought several pairs I have wide feet and I find them very comfortable.
Can't believe it took almost 3 weeks…
Can't believe it took almost 3 weeks for a pair of slippers to arrive. Not only that they aren't comfortable to say the least. Very disappointed.

I am very unhappy with your product
I am very unhappy with your product. I ordered sandals ($52.00) and one sees to be larger than the other. One fits just fine and the other gaps on the side. I am very unhappy as I like the style and color of the sandals.

Ordered a pair of clogs and slippers
Ordered a pair of clogs and slippers. Took a while to receive, but it was worth the wait! Both shoes look great and are super comfortable. For the price, I was not sure about the material quality. Again, SUPRISE, quality is fantastic. Plan to order additional shoes in the future.
These are the most comfortable shoes
These are the most comfortable shoes. Since having an ankle injury, clogs are the only comfy shoes I can wear and these are very soft and shock absorbing. The order was received in two weeks which is great in this current shipping world. I am very satisfied and this is the fourth pair of shoes ordered from this company and will continue to order from. Thanks Pavers!!!!!!

NO Refund Issued for Order PU4844 Filled WRONG
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!!
On 9/2/21 I posted a review about not receiving my order from 7/19/21. Until posting that review I rec'd NO responses to any emails sent to either Pavers US or Pavers UK.
After sending that review, a customer service rep in the UK contacted me. Apparently the shipment got lost once their courier picked it up. They agreed to refill the order, however, at that time one of the pairs I ordered was now out of stock. So my original order for 6 pairs (one was refunded immediately) is now down to 4 pairs. The second out of stock pair was refunded.
I rec'd the new order on 9/17, but Pavers had FILLED THE ORDER WRONG. I ordered 4 DIFFERENT pairs of shoes and rec'd 4 pairs, but two were duplicates of the same pair. After contacting customer service again, the young man I was working with agreed to give me a 20% discount for the issues I'd had as a way of apology. That offer was made on 9/23. He also said I could send back the one pair and they would ship the correct ones. At this point, I was DONE dealing with Pavers and just agreed to keep the 4 pair I rec'd.
I never rec'd the 20% discount and emailed him back in early October. On Oct 11, he responded that he would "immediately" have this discount issued and 20% of the total order refunded to my card. He apologized for this refund not being taken care of from the original request.
It is now THREE WEEKS LATER and I still have not rec'd this refund. So not only does Pavers NOT listen to their customers, they don't even listen to their own Customer Service reps. I will NEVER deal with this company again and consider this an Expensive Lesson learned about ordering shoes on the internet. It was the first time I'd ever done it and it will be the last time.

If you're a half size, be sure to size DOWN!
These slippers are too cute! I've had my pair for about a year now and they still look brand new because I hardly ever wear them. *sigh* Why? Well, I got my sizing off for one. I recommend sizing down! The toe box is wide so that will affect your fit. I wear a half size (US 7.5) and I got an 8 and the slipper won't stay secure around my heel. Adding a full insert improves the fit and comfort. If you have foot issues like me, I suggest you look for another type since these don't offer any support. There's simply no cush, no arch; the insole is only a thick pad of felt. Another thing, the slippers are loud on a hard floor. I hate sounding like a horse clomping around the house! I debated sending these back early on, but I fell in love with the style, I didn't want to deal with a return (I live on the West Coast--it'd take too long), and I needed slippers now. I really tried to make them work, but ultimately I wish I had returned them. And don't even get me started on the customer service. I've had better.

Product and Customer Service
I ordered three pairs of shoes. It took a little while to come in but I love the shoes. The package arrived it was damaged and it appeared to have been opened and taped closed prior to delivery. Pavers immediately responded to my email which included pictures of the damaged package, the money for the missing pair of shoes was immediately refunded. I recommend this company hands down I love the product and the customer service is awesome.

Sent the wrong size twice. and it cost 68.00 to send them back you sent a size 6 bth times and it was a7and a 8
