Yesterday i was buy ford fiesta 2015
Yesterday i was buy ford fiesta 2015. They’re unprofessional behaviour staff and manager. They sold me a car with puncher tyres. Inside Ac Box noisy sound. I got back they’re behaving like is common issue they saying car coming like this condition. The wind screen Pump not working. Engine oil not changed. Wind screen wipers old damage is not cleaning properly and inside many part not perfectly fitting many parts screws still loose then I fixed by myself.
I was went pavilion car shop by showing their ads. But reality is totally different. Behaving like there not serious. If this bad condition if u want buy then buy otherwise many people waiting for buy their comments like this.
And they saying themselves best expart car selling brand. They just charge 150 for nothing. It’s just like scam with customer.
Giving long long advance features advance Car, advance car service description. But in the reality 0% advance.
To be honest if in future anyone want to buy car. Don’t believe in picture of ads and Dont believe Car description. Check every parts of the car then buy.
Because they don’t care people emotions and people money. They just bluffing and try to sold a scrap damage cars.

Nice Car
Nice Car. Great service. Really helpful and made the process easy.
I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and feel compelled to warn others about my experience.
I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from them, but during checks and discussions it became clear that the car had several faults which were not properly disclosed at the start. This immediately raised concerns about transparency and the overall quality of the vehicles being sold.
A trustworthy dealership should be open about a car’s condition and ensure vehicles are properly inspected before offering them to customers. Instead, I was left feeling that important issues were only uncovered at the last moment, which could have cost me a great deal of money and stress had I gone through with the purchase.
Because of this, I chose not to proceed with the sale. While I am relieved I avoided a problematic vehicle, the experience itself was frustrating and left me with little confidence in this dealership’s standards or honesty.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to carry out very thorough checks and proceed with caution.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid
I had a very bad experience with this dealer and would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.
On the phone everything sounded professional and reassuring, but when I arrived the reality was completely different. The cars did not match the photos online and looked much worse in person. The first vehicle I came to see had issues immediately and needed to be jump-started, which raised serious concerns about its condition.
I was then shown other cars they had available, but honestly every vehicle I looked at had problems. It felt like the cars are prepared to look good in adverts, but in reality they are in poor condition. The shop itself was not presented well and the whole experience felt very disappointing and unprofessional.
I wasted my day, my travel costs, and a lot of time coming here expecting something completely different.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place at all and I believe people should be very cautious before deciding to visit.
I travelled 4.5 hours to view a car…
I travelled 4.5 hours to view a car that was advertised and described to me as being in immaculate condition. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the vehicle had a noticeable oil leak and an injector fault. I was told these issues were due to there being no fuel in the car, which was concerning in itself. After a short drive, it was clear the car was not performing properly, so I decided to walk away.
They then showed me another car of the same model. This vehicle was also on zero fuel range and was smoking excessively, which raised even more red flags.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience. The cars were not as described, and the level of service fell well below expectations. I would not recommend travelling any distance based on their descriptions.
Don't go anywhere near them.
Don't go anywhere near this set of jokers. I've been driving around with plates for almost a year that shouldn't have been on the car - God knows what would have happened if I'd have been in an accident. They didn't add my details to the logbook, no idea who they actually gave ownership of the car to.
I had to sit around for 6 hours when picking the car up. It needed an mot - which it failed - then new tyres, wheel nuts, another mot, then the sunroof needed fixing and the computer system as the windows wouldn't go down.
These lot are Cowboys and after a number of calls with the DVLA, even they were shocked.
If I'd not travelled to pick this car up I'd have just left. Actually wish I had anyway.
Go somewhere else. I implore you
I would be extremely cautious when buying vehicle from Pavilion Motors.

Serious concerns about vehicle condition, transparency, and after-sales conduct
I purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 (registration DA18GYE) from Pavilion Motors Ltd for £21,495. Shortly after purchase, it became clear that the vehicle’s condition was not as represented at the point of sale.
On inspection, the car showed signs of poor previous repair work, including paper placed inside a headlight unit and wood screws used underneath the vehicle at the rear, which immediately raised serious safety and quality concerns. Based on the condition professional VOLVO dealer and individual garage , believe the vehicle wasn't even fit to pass an MOT in that state.
Despite these concerns, I was required to travel from London to Manchester to collect the vehicle, and then drive it back to London, even though the condition later identified would result in MOT failure. This caused significant concern for safety and unnecessary stress.
After raising these issues, communication became extremely difficult. I experienced contradictory explanations and a lack of transparency, and I was effectively refused meaningful engagement unless I arranged multiple inspections at my own cost. To progress the matter, I had to miss several days of work and personally attend:
- a private mechanic inspection,
- further independent checks, and
- a Volvo main dealer diagnostic.
The Volvo inspection raised serious concerns about the quality of previous repairs and suggested that the vehicle may have been involved in a previous accident. Volvo also advised that, based on their findings, the cost to properly repair the vehicle could be in the region of £16,500, highlighting the seriousness of the issues identified.
I exercised my legal right to reject the vehicle. However, recovering my money was extremely difficult and time-consuming. I was forced to escalate the matter through the finance company, obtain manufacturer-level diagnostics, and fund inspections myself. In total, I personally spent over £1,500 in inspection and related costs simply to evidence the vehicle’s condition and secure a refund.
Although the vehicle was eventually returned and refunded via the finance company, I find it deeply concerning that the same vehicle has since been relisted for sale at the same price, despite the issues identified and documented during the inspections. In my view, the vehicle does not reflect the value implied by that price given its documented condition.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer to carry out independent inspections and to proceed with caution.
This review reflects my personal experience and the documented inspection findings during my ownership.

Great experience
Great experience, lovely guys. Great to deal with. Would recommend
Exceptional experience
Enquied for a car and got a phone call in 5 minutes whichever was great. Put a deposit down to hold the car while I was dealing with some finance from my insurers. Unfortunately didn't come through, contacted them to explain, asked for my deposit back, asked for my details so just waiting but cant fault the customer service i have had.
Unprofessional, do not take proper care of the cars they’re selling
We set up to view the car and they clearly haven’t ran the car for months, the battery was completely dead, the tires were flat and the breaks were rusty. Can tell that they don’t look after the cars properly they just want to quickly sell them so you have to deal with all the issues, didn’t feel like a professional environment at all, a tight office space with loads of guys and customers waiting, having to walk past cars being jet washed. Can definitely find somewhere better
