Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd Reviews 

I saw a pallet of 560 series indian sandstone advertised by this company and decided to buy it, as it would have been perfect for extending my existing patio. Unfortunately, two days before the expected delivery, I got a phone call to say that the item was no longer available, having been sold the previous year. I got a full refund, but remain deeply disappointed that my plans for the patio cannot now be realised.

The company were excellent. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was that part of the delivery wasn’t delivered by the courier much to the surprise of the company when I contacted them.
This was resolved without issue and the delivery made.
Otherwise a great company to deal with and excellent customer service.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend

Initially there were some issues with a few of the tiles I purchased for a landscaping project that involved a lot of ambient lighting, so the tiles had to be in perfect shape. I was so impressed with their customer service representative Olivia, everything was resolved, they also followed up to make sure the project was successful. Highly recommended for quality and service.

Material was delivered as promised and in good condition. Very pleasant staff

We’re a landscaping company and use paving stones direct regularly. Never had a problem.

This is what I wrote to the MD. Didnt get a reply but eventually through my builder ringing the courier depot, the slabs were delivered on the 18th and he and I offloaded them ourselves.

"Are you aware of the incompetence of the haulage company you are using?? And the lack of customer service being provided when there is an issue with an order from Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd?
Delivery of slabs was due to arrive 12th. It didn't arrive and no communication about this. On the 13th REACT TRANSPORT SERVICES LIMITED arrived and the driver was having problems, so said he would phone his manager and get him to deliver due to the hill. Went back to his truck and left the scene.
I contacted web chat and Deek stated he would get back to me - he didn't. I called and spoke to Kieron, who was more helpful and he would contact the delivery company. They agreed to deliver to the top of the hill, today (14th), at the around the same time (8.30am).
9am on the 14th no slabs. Called and spoke to Kieron, who tried contacting the courier but couldn't get through. He advised would be there today probably before 12.
12 and still no slabs. Called again, spoke to someone. They called me back and said they are unable to deliver due to uneven surface and can I go and pick them up. WHAT???? Is the expectation that I rock up with my car and load 1 tonne of slabs into the boot??

I have been waiting for another call back, which should have been an hour ago!".

Nustone managed to deliver 3 crates no issues - I highly recommend using them, not Paving Stones Direct.

Great tiles, awful service.
Really pleased with the quality of tiles.
Ordered additional jointing compound that never arrived.
Called up to query, was told it was delivered, they gave me a time and date and saifmd there was a signature. Assumed all was well and that my builder had signed for it.
Checked the next day, he hadn't signed fir it and needed the compound to complete the job. Was told it would arrive the next day. It didn't. Finally the day after it arrived...
Very much out of pocket.
If you need efficient service. Go elsewhere.
Good tiles though.

Friendly customer service, fast delivery, value for money and good quality - what more could you want, even my builder was impressed with the slabs saying they look good quality. I ordered over the phone through customer service, which was hassle free, had to change my delivery day - which they arranged no problem - and the slabs are 99% the 22mm thickness I ordered, which pleased my builder. They were the cheapest I could find on the net, which can sometimes means poor quality or bad service but on this occassion the quality and the service was excellent. I would certainly recommended this company.

Not only we’re Paving Stones Direct one of the cheapest overall the product is great. Ordered a load of Rustic Slate and then had to do 2 more orders of smaller amounts.

Ordering was easy, stone I wanted was in stock and delivered within 3 days, impressed with the service!

Called for some info on slate cladding for a water feature wall we are building , really helpful information and guidance given. Ordered a sample which arrived on our doorstep the following day !! Great service, sample was exactly what we were looking for. Ordered 6 square metres and bag of adhesive , was delivered 5 days later secured to a pallet to ensure safe delivery. Great service , highly recommend , would not hesitate to use again .
