No item & poor customer service

Item was never delivered. I understand it's not solely Pawaviva's fault but their customer service team are shocking.
Don't read your emails properly, dragging their heels on a refund. I would not use this company again!

I should’ve done more research before…

I should’ve done more research before ordering from Pawaviva …. I think I’ve unfortunately been scammed. I ordered my daughter a sweatshirt for Christmas a while ago and it’s still says awaiting delivery but then it’s duplicating the status over and over weird. This sucks because Christmas Eve is tomorrow and I have to go scramble for another thoughtful gift…..

Sadly a waste of money

Well, I have the ethical obligation to update on my experience.

Despite being super late, not very approachable through email, I received this morning the sweatshirts (I paid for two hoodies but at this point I’m happy to even have received anything at all). The sweatshirts are lovely, the embroidery looks fantastic, the fabric on the other hand feels a little cheap, we'll see what happens after a few washes. The faces of the pets look like the real pets.

The exact same story as all the other ones.

Personalised t-shirt

Ordered a t-shirt with my heaven pets on it for my husband for christmas. It arrived today and im so pleased. Look like my pets and the t-shirt is a good quality. Would definitely order again.

This company will not deliver within their stated timeline. When pressed for information such as tracking, there is no transparency. This is either a poorly run company or an illegitimate business. Do not order from this website.

I ordered a personalised item weeks in…

3rd January 2026! Update (item received):

The item has now arrived, and unfortunately this has confirmed that the issues go far beyond delivery delays.

The embroidered portrait does not resemble the uploaded photo of my dog at all. The colour palette is completely wrong — green and pink tones were used where the dog’s actual colouring should have been reflected. My dog isn’t green nor pink!!! This is not a subtle difference; it fundamentally changes the image and makes the portrait inaccurate.

In addition, the personalised sleeve text (N ♥ B) was specified in light blue at checkout and has instead been produced in pink, contradicting the order details.

This is not a case of “handmade variation” — it is a failure to deliver what was clearly selected and shown in the website preview. The examples advertised suggest a level of accuracy and quality that simply isn’t reflected in the finished product.

When combined with misleading delivery estimates, contradictory shipping information, delayed tracking, and vague customer service responses, this has been a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish.

I would strongly urge anyone considering a personalised order to be extremely cautious, as both the delivery promises and the final product quality do not match what is advertised.

I ordered a personalised item weeks in advance after relying on delivery information shown at checkout, which indicated it would arrive well before Christmas. The order has still not arrived, and no tracking number has ever been provided.

Since ordering, I’ve received only vague, shifting explanations about “logistics issues” and “external complexities,” with no confirmed carrier, no proof of dispatch, and no realistic delivery date. The item was intended as a Christmas gift, and that purpose has now been missed.

Customer service responses have focused on token compensation offers (5–10%) rather than actually resolving the issue or providing transparency. For a time-sensitive, personalised purchase, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be wary of the delivery promises/tracker shown at checkout!!!!!!!

Fake! The Company is not US base

This Company is not US base, it is in China!!!
The customer service is just an AI generated email: nobody answers to you. This company is a scam and shut down completely. BEWARE and STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

Ships from China

Ships from China. Three weeks to get an update about the order, who knows how long it will take to get to the states. Website said shipped and delivered by Christmas, three weeks before Christmas. Item shipped the week of Christmas directly from China. Don’t order as a gift if you want it on time before needing to give the gift.

Update: received about six weeks after ordering. Looking nothing like the photo I sent of my dog. 0/10, would not recommend ever using this company. Scam straight out of China.

I placed an order over a week ago

I placed an order over a week ago. The website clearly promised delivery by the 24th.
Until now, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking link, no delivery information at all.
There has been no meaningful communication, and the order status is completely unclear.
Promises are made, payment is taken, and then nothing happens.
I am still waiting for my order or a refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I’ll update if/when I get my package. Placed my order on the December 7th with it stating my order would be DELIVERED by Dec 17th. In all honesty I was surprised by that turn around time and was not surprised when it didn’t arrive by that date. However, there were 0 updates from the company. Every time I looked at the order on their site it said “Awaiting Shipment ASAP”. So I emailed them on the 20 asking just for an update. I was shocked when I got a response in 24 hours stating they had looked into it and it was in final stages to be shipped… so I said thank you and received the EXACT SAME EMAIL. Meaning it was automated and unlike what the email said there is basically 0 chance someone actually looked into my order. Then I sent an email calling the out on having AI respond and how I’d be adding to plethora of bad reviews. The next morning I have an email stating my package has shipped. When I go to my order on their site it is now stating that my order shipped on their 17th.. they literally back dated the shipped date on my order on their site.
It just feels too convenient that the day I state I’m going to leave a bad review is the day they shipped the order and then back dated it..
I’m still hopeful it comes out okay. Though I know I need to get my loved one something else for Christmas.

I saw this ad on Facebook

I saw this ad on Facebook. I thought the pet shirts were cute so I looked up reviews before ordering through the comments on Facebook. All I saw was some people saying the shirts ran small. I ordered one shirt. I thought it wasn’t going to come because it took a while. I came home one day and the package was laying in the grass, next to the street, underneath my neighbors mailbox. Thank gosh I checked it since I was expecting packages. It easily could have been stolen. Not delivered to the right address and left on the wet ground. I opened it and the shirt is humongous. I got a large and it’s more like a 1x. Between the amount of shipping time, the poor delivery, and the overly large sizing, I would not recommend this company. From the ads on FB I thought this was a smaller company but after reading reviews while waiting to see if the package was going to arrive, I saw that this comes from china, or so I read. Next time I will order from a local small business and skip the problems I had with this company. It ended up being over $40 so it’s not even like it was super cheap. The shirt looks ok but my daughter will have to wear it as a nightgown because it’s so big.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Scam company. I ordered in the beginning of December. After several weeks of not receiving tracking information, I emailed them and told them to cancel since it was obvious it would not make Christmas gift delivery. When I ordered, I was led to believe this was a U.S. company, but it's actually a Chinese based company. They refuse to cancel the order and gave me tracking which has sat in waiting to receive parcel for over a week. They obviously generated a tracking label to pretend they shipped it, but hasn't. I already called my bank and had the charge reversed.

SCAM!!! Would rate it a 0 if I could! 😡

SCAM - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Ordered my package on December 9th as the site claimed they would be here Christmas. The good reviews on Instagram are fake and the website as a whole is should have given it away. Worst mistake buying from here. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. They haven’t even said my package has shipped. It’s moved from stages but had been sitting at awaking shipment for a while now. Definitely not delivered in their promised time frame. Honestly wish I would have looked better into these negative reviews. It’s all a scam. I will be reporting them and suggest you do the same.

Pawaviva, what a joke.

First time shopping on the Instagram, disgusting. Bought a sweatshirt on 12/6, it was for my gf. And no any order updates after that, it just shows waiting for shipping out. I tried send them email but their email address is incorrect. They will delete your comments on Instagram so don’t think leave comments work for you. Overall, good luck. Don’t buy.

Scam company

Scam company. Saw an advertisement on Facebook, placed an order 11/28/2025. Received tracking 12/05/2025 that could only be tracked via their link (an online parcel search could not located the tracking number). Movement has been nonsensical, including saying out for delivery one day and then waiting for pickup in another town two days later, and customer service answers have been copied and pasted that do not answer/respond to the question/s asked. I suspect the tracking number to be fake. I filed with PayPal for a full refund and am now scrambling to find replacement gifts. Very bad experience, hope this company stops receiving advertising and is shut down for fraudulent behavior.
