the container could be a little bigger but all in all a great product. I have been using it for just over a week now and one dog has reduced his scratching significantly and the other dog has stopped licking her paws.

Waterproof harnness
We bought the water proof harness and lead. It works well but the material is not what I expected and in the 6 days my dog has been wearing it, it is very dirty. There were no cleaning instructions but it did clean up with dishwashing detergent which worked well.
While the product is water proof, I am not sure I would have bought it if I had felt the material. I would also suggest buying a dark colour. Our light green version shows all marks.

I had purchased an S Pawezy harness…
I had purchased an XS Pawezy harness previously, which Daisy (then 12 week old Jack Russell) had grown out of. This time I didn't know if the next size up could be adjusted enough to fit. Thanks for being so helpful and quick to reply to my email.
Daisy (nearly 11 month) is now enjoying walks in her new chocolate coloured Pawezy harness.

Great service and product
I contacted customer service as the item I wanted to purchase was available but not in a bundle. The team member had a great attitude and helpfulness and the communication was fast. The product fits well and looks good. My dog actually prefers the fasten of this to his previous and the no pull works much better than his last elasticated one.

Great customer Support
I ordered a medium harness and over a short period of time adjusting to it on our walks, it just wasn’t sitting right (too big, even though his measurements fit into the medium range).
I asked support for some help. Maybe I was putting it on wrong etc. We went back and forth with several emails; they asked for pictures of the harness on, provided some hints and tips on how I could adjust it, sending pictures of other dogs with an adjusted setting. But I just wasn’t happy with how it fit. We concluded it was probably a little too big and they gave me instructions on how to return it. At all stages during this experience, every support person was patient, helpful, problem solving, and ultimately just really wanted the best experience for my dog. So thank you, highly recommend.

Service was excellent and friendly. Harness is absolutely fantastic. The clasp is so easy to clip and unclip being magnetised. Very comfortable mesh under the harness straps. So very well made.

Best front leading harness I have had in 3 years of owning my doggy. Fits perfectly. Other, well known brands, the front leader would pull all the way to the side and loosen. Absolutely love the magnetic clip. So easy to put on and take off,
