'Indestructible' toys that lasted 4 minutes. Luckily all filmed and photographed. Had to get Trading Standards involved to get a refund. Despite their arguments this company is UK registered but you will have to be persistent to get a refund.

I give pawfect way zero stars. I'd give minus stars if I can. We bought their industructable bear dog toy. They say this is the best toy for all size dogs and won't destroy it. Our GSH 16 month destroyed it in 3 min. I emailed them immediately. They wanted pictures and we sent pictures. Their response to it was to give us a 15% refund or they could replace it. I told them that was not satisfactory. They responded with ok we're sorry. Will give you a 50% refund or we can replace it and I can keep the one he destroyed. I told them I didn't want to keep it and don't want a new one and I only want a full refund. Their response was we'll give it to another department and they'll get back to me. They never got back to me and I'm afraid they'll never get back to me. This so called industructable chew toy is expensive. 25 dollars on sale. Run away from this company. They're definitely a scam ripping people off and aren't afraid to do it in plain site. Some attorney general should prosecute this company. It's no different taking a gun and robbing you.

Dreadful. Wish I had done my research first. DO NOT buy from this company. Indestructible toy destroyed in less than five minutes. Insulting 15% refund offer a replacement. Replacement is no good for a toy that is overpriced and does not last five minutes. I’m going to pursue a refund via a legal roots if necessary.

Waste of money. I had high hopes for this toy believing that it was as good as their advertisement stated. It is not. Within 15 minutes my dog had chewed through the fabric and pulled out the squeaker toy. I contacted them they told me they could give a 15% refund, which is ridiculous . Or they would send me a new one. I was duped I should have done more research before I purchased it.

If there was a zero star award, i would give it. Despite multiple e-mails from the company's 'customer support', two months down the track I have still not received my order.

Pawfectway is refusing to refund all my money for a product that is absolutely falsely advertised. I was told to give my dog's chewed up toy to someone else since I didn't like it!! I read that this company is "legitimate" but as far as I'm concerned it's a scammer site. Hopefully others will read reviews and not get suckered in. A puppy could destroy this "indestructible" toy

Received dog toy that wasn’t sown together well. My Maltipoo didn’t get a chance to play with it because it was already coming apart when received. After many lengthy email exchanges the Company promised to send replacement. It has yet to be received.

Bought this product and at first was extremely happy with it until i realised the battery life was ridiculous, 2 days when it wasnt even being used, i've been trying since the beginning of january to either get a replacement or a refund with no joy in fact they wanted me to pay £15 shipping for a replacement of just 30% refund! Still no further forward DO NOT BUY

Bought 3, first one lasted minutes and the rest weren't much better.
Why does Pawfectway advertising show 91 percent 5 stars with stories of 6 months and no rips etc. Then only rated 1.2 stars on Trustpilot!

Sent picture of my "industrible dura bear. The offered my replacement for $5.00. Yet their site said 100 PCT refund. Not worth $1.00. Dog tore cotton out in one day . Also very small not like picture.

ABSOLUTE SCAM AND TRASHY PRODUCT. Purchased a Flip Fish after being conned into believing it to be a great product BUT what a load of rubbish!!! Reduced to half price at £25, I expected it to be something decent. Firstly, did not arrive. Contacted supplier to query and was sent a picture showing a delivery on my mat on the doorway, which I supposedly signed for!!! No signature done by me - asked for proof signature and got emailed to say that this was proof enough. No knocks, no card, no notification that parcel delivered. Photo could be anywhere - I emailed to say possibly stolen and what are you going to do about this. My signature was proof that it was delivered. Asked for a copy of my signature and low and behold, was told that it depends on courier and sometimes they get one and other times delivery with photo is adequate! Story changed there after a long time of wasted time emailing. Then they said they would send it again but I would have to pay for the postage!!! Free postage on website and not my fault that I have not had the delivery, despite your photo!! About 20 emails back and forth - robotic style communication. All rubbish and no care. All templates and repeated emails from different operators! Pathetic. Never listen or read what is in the email. Just a standard reply with zero personal context. No I do not want to get another order sent out!! No I do not want to pay for shit service and no I am not interested in purchasing anything from your scam company again! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Ordered the indestructible bear for our 12year of English Bull Terrier, it advertises its suitable for all breeds!!! It took ages to arrive, when it did it was half the size I expected, and expensive for what it was. I kept it back for Christmas and when I gave it to her, she destroyed it within 45mins and had to retrieve the squeaky bit on the inside, before she swallowed it !!! Would not recommend to anyone

I have been waiting on my order for almost 2 months Last tracking was just 30 miles from my house and yet they say it is undeliverable What a scam!!!!

Product description and images on web site does not match product sent.
Quality very disappointing. It does not look anything like what is advertised, poorly painted plastic. Led cord advertised is 6 ft, actual not even 3.
Website states full refund 100% satisfaction. Email response from Customer service offered 15% refund. When said not acceptable, 30% offered. I am still back and forth communicating with zero refund.

I ordered a indestructible chew toy for my 6 month old puppy. She's not what you called a very destructive dog but is going through her teething I paid over 40 for this little donkey . Within 10 minutes of her playing with it she ripped off the legs. Upon further examination it's single stitched with thin cotton thread. When I complained and asked for a reimbursement they refused only offering me 15% off my next purchase or a replacement. I even enclosed a picture for them to see. Do NOT BUY THESE CHEAP PRODUCTS from this rip off company

10 minutes is all it took for my dogs to destroy two of these” non-destructible toys” I got this company’s name off of Google and every single company I have ever ordered from off Google has been fraudulent. I have complained to Google every single time it has happened and they do nothing about it so I am done with Google. Their bottom line is getting money from advertisers. They don’t even Vet!!!!!! the key is to see if the company has reviews on their site if they don’t they’re a fraud as this company was as well i’d love to post pictures of these indestructible toys completely shredded on the floor but trust pilot won’t let me post pictures.🤬👎

I ordered the Bite Buddy and paid for this. Then realised I'd made a mistake after looking at the reviews, and cancelled within the allowed 5 hour time span. The company agreed on the refund of £19.99, but did not honour their promise.
Instead insisted that the refund had been processed to my original method of payment, which had not.
I gave up corresponding with these people. I'm out of pocket, so have written this review to warn others of this of this incredibly poor service.
Do not buy from this company as you may experience a similar experience

I bought a calm pup approximately 2/3 weeks ago. My dog was absolutely terrified once the sound of the heart beat was activated.
I have tried on numerous occasions to get her used to the noise to no avail.
She will rag the toy ( noise muted) but is soon bored.
I am utterly baffled how other peoples dog become less anxious with this toy.
