I love the Pillows I have recieved- @Scottyandsimone

Never order from this company! I placed my order on December 18th and still haven’t received it! I have emailed them countless times only to be told that my order was on its way. It apparently “shipped” on December 23rd, but wheee is it??? There is no way to contact them by phone because no one ever answers. I have requested that they call me, but am yet to receive a single call. I have requested a refund several times and they tell me they’re unable to do so at this point. I am taking my fight to social media, the BBB, and attorney general. “Companies” like this need to be shut down! Never do business with them!

Did you see the “company’s” reply to my review?? Of course I haven’t received my item! After waiting 3 months you think I’m ever expecting to? My order number is 000022428. Now send me the f’ing pillow or give me my money back.

We received a customized pillow for our two black cats and we absolutely love it! The graphic is very well done and it looks exactly like my fur baby. The quality of the pillow is great too. Very soft and squishy. We use it every day and it’s one if our favorites. Highly recommended!

The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because at least they responded to my emails fairly quickly. However, other than that, they were as unaccommodating as you can get. I was getting a present for my friend who lost the dog. I asked if I can include a message, they wrote me back and asked "What message do you want to include?" I took that as they will do it, so I placed my order and responded with my order # and message. At this point, they absolutely REFUSED to include a note, so there would be no way for my friend to know who sent it. I assume they could not accommodate because they outsource their work to a foreign country, all I asked was to print up a few words on a piece of paper and throw it in the package. Not sure why they acted like they could do it. I also asked for a manager to call me and they flat out refused.

literally the worst experience ever. i have no been waiting for a pillow for 6 weeks. the customer service is no help and there is still no indication of when my pillow will get here. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

@lexi_the_pit was sent an amazing pillow that looked exactly like the photo that we sent. It was perfect! I would absolutely recommend them!
