You answer a handful of questions — their name, what they're like, the small habits that are theirs alone, the story behind them — and choose a style and a voice. They did an amazing job with the song and making my words fit. Loved the voice. Customer service worked with me on trying to get pictures (more than one.) I could only get one picture and the song only played for a moment during it so, I didnt use the picture mode. I just sent it via text to some of my friends. Worked well that way. I loved that the words rolled up with the song.

Two quick things that might help next time: you can add up to six photos to the video — on a phone, tap "Select" in the photo picker and choose several before hitting done. And the video is meant to carry just a 30-second slice of the song rather than the whole thing, since that's what Instagram, Facebook and TikTok play best.
