I’m very disapMisleading Advertising and Poor Communicationpointed with my recent…

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this company’s puppy yoga session. I booked the event for my sister’s birthday because their website advertised Chow Chows and Golden Retrievers—her two favourite breeds. However, when we arrived, there were only Cocker Spaniels, and we received no prior communication about the change.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that, after expressing my concerns to the staff member running the session, I was assured that someone from the company would reach out to me to address the issue. Not only has no one contacted me, but I also followed up myself via email and have yet to receive any response.

The lack of transparency and poor communication left us feeling let down and ignored. I would not recommend booking with them if you’re hoping for a specific experience or reliable customer service.

Great puppy yoga session

The puppy yoga session was great - the yoga instructor created a lovely calm atmosphere and the puppies were so sweet and playful. This is my second time doing a puppy yoga session and I’m sure I’ll be back again.
