I recently brought my dog to paw paws for a new harness and collar. There was a little confusion on my part trying to find the location of the store. When I brought it up on my phone it brought me to their new location where they have not moved yet. I then found the location in Downtown Greenville where I had been in the past. The store was actually closed and they were in the process of moving. But the owner was so sweet and allowed us to come in and measure my dog for a new harness and collar, she made sure that we got what we needed. Great customer service will definitely recommend and be back in the future.

Top notch quality. Very strong and sturdy construction. Bright colors. Excellent embroidery.
I picked black lettering on American Flag themed collar. After they made the collar to MY request, they realized that it wasn't visible very well. They reached out to me and suggested that gold would be much better. I agreed and they promptly sent me a new collar with beautiful gold lettering.

Great place!They did not have what we were looking for however once I talked with the owner she was super helpful .She custom made the items I ordered and kept me updated on the progress. Super customer service!I will be shopping here for Christmas for all of my Grand Pups!!

We paid $50 for our dog collar we read the weight suggestions for size and asked the woman in the shop and with her advice ordered a large we are from out of town and can not just go back and exchange or have it shortened it is to big the quality of the clasp is not that of a $50 dollar collar the embroidery is nice but the collar not so much

Super helpful picking out coordinating collar colors. Was able to use the metal fixtures from previous collar because my one dog chews the plastic parts and is so little.
