Would recommend for older dogs

Second purchase
This is my second purchase as my daughters fog came to stay for a few weeks and loved my fur babies bed I purchased one for her to take home. The dogs just love them.

Happy with my purchase and service
So happy with this purchase. But more importantly Rose my 11 year old kid is more than happy. She sleeps through the night snoring and relaxed. Only to get up in the morning with more energy and movement than we have had in the past while. Now with a spring in her step looking for breakfast. She loves going back to her bed during the day and when asked to go to her bed I don’t get the no way look mum. It is no longer a punishment to send her to her bed. As she seems to be very content.
The service and delivery time was exceptional and could not be faulted. Would I recommend this product yes without a doubt.

Great for old pooches
Our fussy old lady was happy to nap on the bed once it was ready! Excellent service quick delivery. Only thing I noticed is that the cover makes the bed firmer. But probably a good thing!

Doggo loves it!
Our senior dog is really enjoying the pawpedics bed. Our dog is a Irish wolfhound x bull mastiff and the large size bed is a great fit.
I really like that the bed actually supports his weight and he can move around easily. I also appreciate that it has a nonslip base as we have tiles and all other beds would constantly move, but this one stays put.
The covers are also easy to remove when having to give them a wash. All in all I really love the bed and I am happy that my dog can now be comfortable and supported.

Fantastic quality product
Fantastic quality product with very fast delivery. Only wish I’d bought the extra large as my dog doesn’t quite fit on as well as I’d hoped and because the mat is so high off the ground, he gets himself into quite awkward angles with his head off of it! He doesn’t seem to mind though.

The quality of the bed is wonderful
The quality of the bed is wonderful - feels firm and comfortable; however, not sure if it’s the recent hot weather but my malamute x hasn’t used it as much as I was hoping she would. She still chooses the floor for most of the night. I was hoping the temperature regulating foam would keep her cool. Perhaps she needs a bit more time to get used to it. Any suggestions to encourage her to use her pawpedics? Thanks!

firstly for taking the plunge and taking the first step towards making sure your pet gets their best nights sleep (we promise it will help yours too).
Just like humans, pets (especially mature pets) develop a preference to their sleeping regime. It may be difficult initially to encourage your pet to use any new bed; especially one that is so unlike others. If you are having trouble, you can start by using their favourite blanket and toys on the bed which will give the bed a familiar scent. Providing a blanket will not only encourage them to use the bed, but also encourage nesting; a natural, primitive animal behaviour. You can also reward them with their favourite treat each time that they sit or lay on the bed and give praise. If your pet is particularly anxious, you can try spraying Adaptil (for canines) or Feliway (for felines) on the cover to relieve stress and anxiety.
Generally, you can expect up to a few weeks before your pet becomes accustomed to any change in their environment.
