I have previously purchased a micro fibre towel and was very pleased with it so much so I bought another fruity coloured one for the summer along with a cool mat. After my mat got a small defect in it the customer service team went above and beyond and sent a replacement within hours of my email. I highly recommend this company both for the products and the outstanding customer service you receive.

Fabulous, friendly and speedy service. I needed a coolmat delivering as soon as possible for my old girl who is struggling in this crazy heat. Alice worked some magic and got me the mat safe to my door in record time... Fabulous bit of kit and Muffin is now lying on it more relaxed than she has been in days ! Will definately be returning for anything I need for my Beardie Girls...

We bought the pack of 4 microfiber towels. They're brilliant and they came super quick. We have 3 dogs, 2x bichons and 1x golden retriever and they dry them brilliantly. We will definitely be buying from here again. They got delivered quickly as well.

Having already purchased the Drying Bag to help us get through a wet winter with our 2 year old Cockapoo, I had no hesitations in going back to Paws and Presto to buy a cooling mat for the summer months.
The mat arrived last night and within seconds of opening the packaging, Willow was straight on it and out for the count enjoy the coolness! I'm very impressed as our dog has a strange choice in where she sleeps - generally choosing the coffee table over her bed - but the mat was an instant hit! Great product and great customer service! Highly recommended!!

I purchased two towels prior to a walking holiday in the Lake District with two dogs. There was much swimming and these towels performed very well, efficiently drying a couple of wet dogs and after an overnight airing, ready to do it all again.

Just received my drying bundle and I’m over the moon with it. The quality is excellent & I can’t wait to try these out. The service provided was extremely good; I had a query and their response and communication was 5 star. I would definitely buy from Paws and Presto again & highly recommend them.

Paws and Presto don't have a huge range of products, but the ones they sell they've obviously chosen carefully. I've bought a few things through them now and have been very happy with what arrived.
The customer services have been great too. Through no fault of P&P, I had an item arrive that developed a small defect and from initial contact to a replacement being issued was less than 12 hours.

A great smelling gentle product for helping to tease out awful matted knot Milo gets in his lovely long ears and feathers, from his adventures exploring in undergrowth - (he is an 28 month old handsome Gordon Setter)...we ate now off to see the lovely Groomer lady for a more professional job today.

Fabulous company, really care about their customers, and fabulous products. Two towels I've bought are lovely and wash up well.

We already have one large microfibre towel for our Cockapoo puppy and have been so impressed with it we ordered another. It really gets Kiri so much drier than other towels. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The products are amazing!! The only towels is use for my dog now. The last order I placed didn’t go through properly, the customer service I received was brilliant!! They couldn’t have been more helpful! Everything was resolved quickly and I was kept I’d to date with everything! I would recommend Paws and Presto to everyone!!

Ordered the cooling mat which unfortunately arrived a few days later damaged. BUT Aluce quickly resolved the issue for me by sending a replacement and me and my pooch are now very happy with the product and the customer care.

At which really is super good quality. They are great as a company and on their social media it’s like a big family. They are fellow dog owners so know what dog owners need.

We absolutely LOVE paws and presto microfibre towels. They are lovely and light weight and work way better than your standard towel to quickly dry our fluffy pup! We have also recently bought a cooling mat which is just perfect. All their products are really high quality, customer service is amazing and they are a very personal company who are obviously passionate about what they do. 100% recommend.
