AND in this day and age, there's actually a human voice at the end of the phone.A super company to do business with.

Purchased the cool mats for my dog and they are amazing especially in this weather! The customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Not Happy.

All the towels I have used to dry my dogs after a bath have been sopping wet and heavy in the washing machine. Paws and Pesto have brought out these fantastic light towels that dry your dogs off perfectly and they wash up really well. I would highly recommend this product 👌

I bought a cooling mat for my Labrador. I’m really pleased with it. My dog lay straight on it when I opened it when it arrived and it wasn’t even that hot! Look like it will work great 😊

Bought the extra large high-performance microfibre dog towel in a lovely blue colour for my Lab and he absolutely loves it.

The towel provides more than enough coverage and feels decently soft. Most importantly however, it is extremely efficient in its drying abilities and you won't need to worry about any stubborn wet patches on your pooch! I think it could be improved if there were some velcro to keep it in place around the dog's body. I'd definitely recommend this product. 👌

Awesome product. Dog drying towel bag works! Wet muddy dog in, zip up, roll around, 10mins, unzip, clean dry dog. Love it!

The drying bag and towels are amazing products for our water loving “Stan “ the spaniel… paws and presto is highly recommended to like minded four legged friends.. and not forgetting their owners!

Towels are much better than using regular ones. They leave my puppy Nyx much dryer, also helps to scrunch the fur and not just rub. Combined with a drying bag she’s left warm and dry after about 10-15 minutes. We will absolutely be buying more, a drying bag for the car and one for home would be very helpful.

Placed an order for 2 drying towels on 6th March. Still hadn't been despatched by the 16th so emailed to find out what was going on. I got a response saying it would be looked in to and I'd be provided with an update. I still hadn't had said update by the 21st so emailed again, to be told it "should have" been despatched by now! I gave up and cancelled my order on the 22nd March. Got an email pretty much straight away confirming my cancellation, no apology or anything for their poor service or an explanation for the delay. I'd actually been recommended to buy from them by a family member, but wouldn't dare recommending them to anyone else!

Delivery took a very long time. Customer service/communication was poor. When it finally arrived my dog was frightened of the drying bag and couldn't settle in it. For a fraction of the price you can get a drying coat off ebay or from other shops made of the same material, so don't waste your money!

Terrible service. I ordered dog drying towel 3 weeks ago. Took my money straight away, item not received. Ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Very stressful.

Purchased the wearable towel for my 12m old labrador as qwe are lucky enough to live on working farm and able to walk the fields which as surrounded by river and water filled ditches which of course means regular baths! I got this with plan to have him wear it to finish off drying while resting after walks/baths and make sure he doesn't get sore from any dampness left. The weight of towelling is lovely though disappointed on putting on that it only reached just past middle of his back and wouldn't do up round the neck so as he moved it twisted round his body as though deep chested there was alot to wrap around chest having the loose section ride up and twist in front of his leg despite ordering biggest one meaning he wasn't comfortable after a time so had to take it off after 10mins of trying to adjust straps which also easily came off
