Zoe is in touch and helping to resolve the issue. She is the one who has sent an feedback to me promising I will get my refund which I really need but I haven't yet received it but she is really promising as am patiently waiting.

I didn’t know how I had to pay for the membership. And I felt cheated. But the help of the manager Edith provided me a solution and comfort me down.

Scam company - charged me €€s for something I didn’t want or ask for simply because their t&c’s were in another company’s e-commerce page.

A pain to deal with and they simply stole money from me.

Excellent assistance from the Escalation team, especially Carmen, with her friendly service.

They advertised merchandise on Facebook for 9.99 EUR. When I went to purchase it, they did not send me anything and claimed the 9.99EUR were charges to enroll me into some subscription. They later tried to charge me EUR 46 for some gift card, which I did not ask, agree to or order. Luckily, my bank flagged the later charges of EUR 46 and I was able to block them. Bank also advised to watch out for future charges. Please beware.
