Wife is happy with the tumbler but did not arrive
Until after Christmas despite being ordered on 9th December! No mention anywhere that it was coming from China! Won’t be using again due to awful delivery experience.

It was great to customize the shirt with the picture and name. My daughter loved it. Thank you for providing a great service.

Ok, well I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and they sent me a CHEAP T SHIRT IT WAS TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NOT EVEN A SWEATSHIRT AND I PD OVER 42 DOLLARS FIR THIS PIECE OF CRAP, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!!!

Good quality.The customization was very accurate

They send status emails almost to a crazy degree. However, the product that arrived was good quality and great colors. My wife and I were very happy with the product. The only thing I would caution is because the product apparently comes from China, is to order at least one size larger. I ordered a large for my wife who normally wears a women’s medium and it fit great.

I ordered my item on December 8th, which they said was in time for Christmas. It was obviously delayed as I could see on the tracking - I emailed a few times, only ever getting an automated response. Today is December 29, and still no sign of the item. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, so it's no good to me now anyway as I had to buy something else. Despite its marketing blurb, your item comes from CHINA. I won't buy from this business again. They need to stop sending ridiculous emails and concentrate on delivery and communication.

I liked the prompt service and the different choices I had with choosing Mazy and Janet. It matched them both perfectly.

Quality product, good value and delivered (just) in time!

Received a 'jumper' for Christmas. The quality is dreadful! Extremely thin nylon type material. Sizing is way off too, sleeves are ridiculously long and the body is too small.
Avoid this company if you're looking for decent quality gifts.

Appalling poor quality product. Bought as a present but was so bad I couldn’t possibly give it to my wife.

Ordered a personalised Christmas jumper as a Christmas present for my wife from Pawsionate thinking she would love the item. What turned up in the mail was a very small parcel which I thought was too small to be the jumper due to the size. I then wrapped this without opening for my wife to unwrap on Christmas Day. When she opened her present we were both shocked at the awful quality of the product. It was very thin and not suitable as a jumper of any sort. It looked nothing like the photos/videos on the advert which made Christmas Day a bit disappointing. After contacting the company with a complaint the best they could offer me was a refund of 30% of the item as a so called "gesture of goodwill". This is a joke and I would encourage anyone to steer well clear of this company to avoid the experience we had.

Nice product but shipping was slower than expected

I ordered two custom travel mugs on December 7, 2025. One for my best friend and the other for my grand daughter. All Christmas presents. They were supposed to be delivered by 12/20/25. We are still waiting and it's 12/27/25. I thought the idea of custom mugs with people and their pets was an adorable. I am brokenhearted. I have had no updates or communications from Pawsionate. They do NOT have a phone number listed anywhere. I would never order from these people again. Never !! There is no customer service. None. Cute,clever website. But that's it. We hope we see the travel mugs. No idea if this is a total scam. Do NOT order from these dishonest people. I never post negative reviews. I never post any reviews. But this company has not delivered. Literally!!

The delivery date stTed has long gone by and tracking shows it has yet to be shipped
Its falsely advertising for sales reasons when obviously they don't turnaround orders quickly at all once they have your money.
At this point as a gift i will have to find something else and be the person who didnt have a gift for someone.

Everything they said was going to happen did. Punctual and quality was key. The person who received it was very happy.

The mug I ordered came exactly the way I designed it. I received almost daily emails of the progress. It arrived, well packaged, in less than 2 weeks.

Brutal customer service from this company. Not usure it can be labeled service of any kind. IO purchased two Christmas ornaments and received them with an error. One item was fine, the 2nd was the wrong size. I had 10 responses from their automated bots without the ability to resolve my problem. Was told to send another $20 before they would do anything to fix my problem. I asked numerous times to confirm that if I sent the $20 I would be able to re-order the wrong item and never heard from anybody with a pulse. They ultimately told me since I didn't send $20, they were going to cancel my complaint and rid themselves of me. I chose to write this instead. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Trusted this company much to my regret!! Purchased 4 personalised jumpers in September as Christmas Presents. When given on Christmas Eve, I found out much to my regret, i was £101.36 out of pocket!!!! NEVER TRUST THE SIZING AS NONE OF THE 4 PERSONALISED JUMPERS FITTED

Company was pretty easy to work with. Liked the constant updates on shipping, etc.
Had many choices for my breed of dog and coloration choices.
