It's a good quality hat however, despite it being adjustable, it still needed to be smaller for me. Maybe have women's and men's sizes for hats? Just a suggestion. Hat is very cute!

Very poor shipping

Very poor shipping , my order has been waiting to be delivered to the USPS office for 11 days and no updates on why.

Worth the Money!

The blanket was exactly what we expected, and so soft! Delivery time is what we expected, but the wait was worth it with all the great emails - so funny! We will definitely order from Pawsionate again!

Watch lids on travel mug

Purchased a travel mug for my wife. After 4 weeks the flippy lid broke off. Plastic splintered and it was done. Contacted customer service and they despatched a replacement. 8 weeks later after very light and infrequent use the replacement is starting to splinter. Sent photo off and the reply was ‘it basically must be me’ and they’ll send another but no more! I replied to say it cost me over 25quid so there is a fit for purpose clause in uk.
Rated a 3 as cup is great just no chiffon good if you gonna wear ur coffee. I’m reluctant to purchase anything else.
Updated is customer service will not supply replacement lid for faulty replacement they sent 9 weeks use average 2x a week. 18 coffees. Not good. Chasing through credit card was actually £30 and change. Wouldn’t normally bother but their lack of empathy for my wife’s failed gift proper riled me. Proceed with caution- I can’t be the only one

Waste of money

A mixed review

A mixed review
I ordered 2 products - one I have received with no issues, the other has yet to arrive.
In all fairness, ordering and contact with Pawsionate has been good, however their choice of UK courier is Evri. After contacting Pawsionate, they sent over Evri tracking details (which is the first time I have seen them) and have been told by Evri to contact the seller for a refund or replacement - this is the story so far.
The product I have received is perfect, though I am cautious to order anything else now because they use Evri, whose reputation is poor in the UK.

Delivery is so slow

Delivery is so slow. Said item had been delivered on the 6th - it hadn't and I'm still waiting. If I'd known it was coming from China, I would never have ordered. Their ads make it seem as if its in UK and oh so cozy!!! It's not. Don't fall for the slick, cozy, marketing.

Ordered two baseball caps…

Ordered two baseball caps PAWS1368301128 on Nov 21. Del was to be Dec 3. 71.00. Never received the order and my emails to the company were responded to with generic gibberish. ‘sorry it’s too late to change your order’. I sent a second email a few days later asking about the delivery and the automated response said ‘the carrier was busy’. They have cute marketing gimmicks but don’t fall for them. I am an elderly woman on a fixed income and this hurts!!! Horrible company

Disappointing and Heartless Customer Service

I am deeply frustrated with this company.

I ordered a personalized ornament of my dog who passed away. It was supposed to arrive by November 19 at the latest. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted customer support and was told to wait another 7 days. I did. After that, I was asked to wait another 2 days for someone to contact me—yet no one did.

When I followed up again, I was finally told that my order had been lost and was asked whether I wanted a refund or a reprint. While I would have ordered this elsewhere if possible, this is our first Christmas without her, and having this ornament meant a lot to me.

I requested a reprint. A full week has now passed, and I have received no confirmation, no update, no tracking number—nothing. I’ve once again had to follow up just to find out whether anyone has even seen my message.

This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences I’ve had. The repeated delays, lack of communication, and complete absence of empathy are unacceptable—especially for something so personal and sentimental.

For context: I placed this order on October 31, and it is now mid-December, with no clear sign this issue will be resolved.

Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

“Sizing Is Way Off and They Don’t Fix Their Mistakes

I ordered a custom-made shirt in size M, and the sleeves arrived at 27 inches, which is far longer than any standard size chart for a medium. I contacted customer service for help, but instead of addressing the issue, they sent me a generic response along with a size chart that doesn’t match normal sizing at all.

This was supposed to be a custom order, but the product didn’t match the specifications, and the support I received was unhelpful. Very disappointed and would not recommend.Total waste of money. Avoid this company.

Poorest Quality

Could not locate my order and no conformation email was sent. Evidence of payment via credit card was insufficient. Then the order arrived and the item looks nothing like the item advertised and is of the poorest quality. Dispute raised with credit card… AVOID!!!
