I ordered my calming duck toy on 9th December 2025 and still have not received it. It's now March 4th 2026
I have sent several emails to customer serviced /support and have asked for a refund which is when they stopped replying.
Dreadfully company, that is if it actually exist.

None arrival of items.
Sorry I did not look at reviews of this company before ordering total rip off company.
Scam.
Taking money off people knowing they will not receive the items or that the items sold are well below standard.
Better going to Poundland !

It took 7 weeks for my order of an indestructible duck for my dog. When it finally came and I gave it to my dog within minutes the foot came off and all the stuffing came out! I have requested a refund and Elena who had responded to one message is nowhere to be seen. AVOID! I’m now £27 out of pocket. If I could give no stars I would 😡

I found this company litterly from my bank account. I never ordered from them and when you try to call, all you get is "Your wait time is longer than 10min" and that is after an hour of waiting. So hung up reported them to BBB, tradecomission my bank and going to look to reporting to FBI.

I placed order on 13th December and I am still waiting. Was told just before Christmas that the courier had it and I would receive it soon.
It’s disgusting that they can get away with taking money and not sending item. Total scam!

If I could score less than one I would do. Ordered early December. Money paid. No updates received. What a waste of time and money. Unbelievably bad customer service. Do not buy from them!!!! 😡

Ordered and paid for 7th December. Still no order. Contacted Pawlove for an update - radio silence. Total scam.

Arrived after a long waiting time and the toy was destroyed after two days.

Awful experience, taken my money but never received my goods. They delete posts on Facebook and never respond to messages. Please don’t order this company is a scam

Its a scam. Post payment they keep stalling about delivery until you give up, and enough time has passed to not reverse payment

I have attempted to return an unopened item in its original packaging 5 times over 3 weeks and have not received any response from this company so had to issue a refund request with my bank instead. They don't have a phone number to reach anybody and they do not respond to emails or their website form fill.

This place is a scam! I ordered a dog bed and it’s been weeks since then and no shipping. Company keeps saying they will ship out and nothing. Their website even says they ship within 2 business days. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT give them your money or business.

This company is a joke!!!
I've made an order for the XXL dogbed end of September and I received it 3 months later.
I tried contacting them endlessly about the status, but barely got a chance to speak via chat, no one answered. and no one could tell me anything. I've never experienced such bad service!

On top of that, I had to pay customs fees, only to find out the package had already been sitting there for two weeks—information I was never given. They promised to reimburse the costs. That never happened!

As compensation for the ridiculously long wait, I was sent a gift: a toy ball for cats. I don't even own cats!

When the dog bed finally (!!) arrived, it turned out to be a complete joke! The bed couldn’t even stay upright, and the walls were filled with cheap foam. I believe the manufacturing cost was no more than 7 dollars.

This joke cost me 170. Never order from them! You won’t get any help, you won’t be taken seriously, and the quality is ridiculous!!!

At first I was afraid to order, but I was wrong as the package arrived in 7 days and was pleased with the quality.
