This company is nothing but a scam. They are out of China and you have a 5 hour window to cancel your order. They say that you can replace the filter. But there isn't any way to remove the old filter without breaking the cheep filter. It's even advertised on the instructions that this is a toy. Don't waste your money on this. Once your order is placed you are out of luck.

What a scam! Bought these for animal smells. When they came, very small, need a filter, and need plugged into outlet-no wall plug included! Not in advertisement. When I requested a refund within the 30 day period of time, I was told that their refund policy DOES NOT include items on sale! Not what the advertised item says with complete refund. Do not order from them unless you want to lose money with an item that does not work as advertised!

Total rip off. You get the product, which is tiny by the way, not what it shows on the ad. I emaoled numerous times, getting a "we need more info before we decide on any refund" even tho in ad it says no quibble money back for any reason which is total load of rubbosh, pack of lies.
DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND BE LEFR WITH A PIECE OF TAT THAY SAYS ON BOX OR INSTRUCTIONS THAT ITS A TOY!!!

They are a scam ! Advertise air purifiers which when received are tiny, very noisy and don't work as they say they should. They say that they offer money back within 30 days if unhappy for any reason however when I sent them a video with proof of the noisy and tiny item ( which my pets were very bothered by it's noise) this company 'disappeared' and never replied ( initially I had a query about the shipping which they happily replied AND offered discount on further shopping) . FAKE advertising and SCAM !!!

Air purifier is tiny and very noisy which makes my pets very uneasy . It also doesn't help for any odour !!! DO NOT BUY - this company says they refund within 30 days - NOT TRUE as I have emailed them requesting refund and they all of a sudden ' Disappeared ' . I emailed video proof of how noisy product is as well and to date they have not replied to my emails. I purchased 2 and it is expensive. Very very very dissappointed that I fell for this scam .

The 5 star reviews are obviously fake as not only have all of the alleged contributors have only written 1 review but some have clearly been written by AI.

I have 2 dogs, a golden retriever and a maltese. As I have gotten older my allergies to them have gotten worse. I purchased several of these purifiers and it's making a world of a difference for me! I'm so happy I found this product and have already been recommending it!

Please do not order from this site it’s a scam was sent a small plastic car air purifier that says it could burst into flames requested my money back with PayPal avoid!!!!!

Website and company Seems not to have been going long no phone number not a lot of spec information about the product and don’t seem to get back to you on email. And lots of reviews on there site not shore if they are genuine.
