Stainless steel water bowl.
This is the second item we have purchased as we already had the XL food trough. Arrived really quickly and well packaged.
Bought the stainless steel water bowl for our little man. As he is a Bulldog, I also ordered raisers to make it a little higher for him. Prior to ordering I had been a little unsure if it would be big enough for him and should I have waited for XL size which I understand is being worked on. However, he drank from it straight away and we are absolutely delighted as the size is fine for him and there is now no more coughing after having a drink. Thank you guys 🐶

Excellent product and service my French Bulldog always gulped her food and didn't chew it ,and she used to choke which wasn't very nice to see since buying this product no more choking so meal times for her is much better.The product is well made and very sturdy would recommend this company.

Order was posted really quickly and arrived the next day. Seems to be working at slowing down the speed at which Nellie eats

This has helped my pug who has extreme acid reflux , enormously.
The binge blocker has slowed her down , it now takes her 20 minutes to eat her meal , yes she was not happy at the beginning trying to knock it over with her paw but she has now learnt that slow and steady wins the race.
Honestly the trough and inserts are brilliant it has definitely changed Bridget’s life.

Fast delivery, good quality feeders, my dogs love them

I purchased the Fluff Trough and extra stainless steel insert for out little pug Tyson who has slipped discs in his spine and neck and weakness in his hind legs. He absolutely loves it and you can see there is no strain on his neck or back when he feeds and drinks.Great customer service too answering my many questions when purchasing.They even sent a free Royal Mail tracked label for an item I had over ordered!

Kept my original review posted below for context. Since posting my review Pawtion contacted me via email to explain my email had somehow ended up in their spam! - just my luck tbh! Pawtion apologised for the emails ending up in their spam and for missing the items from the order and are taking action to see that this doesn’t happen again, as I said in my original review, my first experience with them was great when I forgot the discount code. I have since received my missing items which were posted out very quickly. Thanks!

Purchased one binge blocker a couple of weeks ago to trial with my pugs. Some of them it seemed to be okay for but one of them had breathing problems so no good for her.

I decided to purchase two more, a fluff trough and another binge blocker. I did place an order and forgot to add on my discount code, I emailed the team and the cancelled my order so I could reorder which was helpful! I also enquired about extendable legs at the time.

I placed my second order again shortly after with 3 sets of extendable legs to use with each of the feeders. The parcel arrived fairly quickly but unfortunately my 3 extendable legs were not packed in the order. I emailed straight away after receiving the parcel on Wednesday and I’ve had to chase up even an acknowledgment yesterday and today and it’s clear that I’m just being ignored. Spent about £180 with Pawtion and to be ignored is extremely disappointing. I’d given the benefit of the doubt given the Black Friday weekend but now it’s unacceptable.

Delivery was really quick and was constantly kept updated.

My frenchie had bad acid reflux and I saw someone recommending the pawtion on a frenchie site. Although more than I wanted to pay especially if it didn’t work it has honestly been worth every penny. My boy is so much better and finally putting on some weight.

Our pug loves her Fluff Trough.

Speedy dispatch and a solid piece of kit for feeding. Well made. The silicone insert is easy to remove and clean. We opted for the binge reducing insert and it really does make her work and slows her down from just inhaling her food. The trough height is perfect or a pug and the higher wall at the back stops anything being pushed over the edge.

Brilliant! Highly recommended for pugs.
