Your order from 14th September is very close to the 90-day guarantee window, but given your experience and the lack of response, we’re processing a full refund regardless. I’ve submitted the refund request now and will make sure it’s completed without further delay.

That’s lovely to hear, Jennifer! 🙌💛 Going upstairs again is a great sign — and if she’s still running for toys when she’s excited, that sounds like her spark is definitely coming back 🐾✨
