Took my money and never shipped product. No way to contact them

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!! I ordered only one mug... but they went back and "revised" my order without my permission to charge me for two mugs... by the time i saw this it was too late and i figured i would keep the two when they showed up... however only one mug delivered and it was not even my dog....... so now im in for over $200 on ONE mug that doesn't look like my dog. when i brought this to customer service, all they offered me was 30% off my next purchase... not a refund of the missing mug that they stole from me... and no offer to fix the mug that came inaccurately...

Put in order over 2 months ago went through so many emails to find out what was going on, finally got my digital tried to order but would not go through prompting more emails, only for picture of wrong dog showing up online, thought I had fixed tried to order only for my debit to decline. I’m done get a 0000000000 rating buyer beware date sometime in December

Please please do NOT TRUST this website,I had ordered 1 custom photo from them and yet they charged my hubby's card 3 times,they claim they dont have my email in their system after asking them to remove the 2 other charges,I used my email but used hubby's card to purchase,now my hubby is out of $15.00

Purchased portrait. Recd email it was being created. One month later. No portrait. 3 emails sent with no reply. Can't find phone number. Filing dispute with credit card company

Block the card they have on file!! My daughter ordered a dog collar and matching bracelet in March 2020, received the items (too big), but that’s not the problem. In September 2021, a year and a half later, had a $9.95 debit charged. She got a refund by emailing the company, after trying to cancel through the website. The browser said it was fraud and trying to get personal and banking information. I think they were testing card numbers to see which were active. She called Visa and blocked her card. Two days after, she had several attempted amounts that would have posted and drained her account. None posted thankfully because the card was already blocked. BEWARE and block your card immediately! The original transaction in March 2020 said Pawws.com but the $9.95 charge on 9/06/21 said Staypawsitive.com. I think the original company’s website was hacked and compromised.

I ordered from this company (pawws.com) in March of 2020. 18 months ago!!! I received my product. Last week I had a $9.95 deduction that I did not approve. I sent them an email, which bounced back. Now today I have a $11.89 transaction that I did not approve. I just went into my email and tried to click on their store. The website is gone. I will be reporting to my bank as soon as it opens. Do NOT order from this company, they will try to rip you off later!

42 Days ago they took $287 from my account. Not only have I not received the blankets but if you want to know what kind of customer service you're going to get dial that 800 number and listen to the message and imagine you've waited 41 days and they can not tell you when or if they'll have have the product. I don't think they are a real company.

ZERO ZERO STARS !! Awful place to order - so I made my first order last year and it took a little longer than expected but their shirts were really quite nice for the price so I placed a second order about FOUR MONTHS AGO !! And yep, still not here - no I’m not kidding FOUR FLIPPING MONTHS and counting - and every stinking time I contact them to ask what is gong on I get absolute nonsense excuses - I’ll never see this stuff - please go anywhere but here to order they are APPALLINGLY BAD

I ordered a shirt from them many, many months ago. It was way too big, they sent me some piece of crap collar and leash for a 20# dog and I have 2 85# greyhounds, and they sent 2 piece of crap wind chimes. I returned them all MONTHS AND MONTHS AND MONTHS AGO and today, that same package was sent back to me with all the crap I just returned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF PLACE!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order in March 2020 and only received half of the order but the half that I ordered were just some BS items to make shipping free, it wasnt the ítem I actually wanted (sunflower collar). Well, it’s been 6 months now and I still haven’t received the order. Not only that, I’ve been emailing back and forth with their “customer service” department and they are absolutely no help and keep telling me to be patient cause the order is in process. Well I am gonna call my bank and get my money back. The conversation with the customer reps have been literally useless. Don’t waste your money or time and just order somewhere else or go to pet smart. Pawws.com is a total scam.

I would rather give a minus 1 rating. Absolutely horrible scam, in the name of animal protective services.
I made an order of WindChimes in April 2020. It is now August. The order never arrived, but I did get some random acrylic sheet of space. (?????) Since then an uninvited ACH of $9.95 is being deducted from my account monthly.
Watch out 'PAWWS'. Karma stings when it comes back around.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I placed my order on 5/3/2020. Today is 7/28/2020 and I still haven't received ANYTHING. They are impossible to get a hold of so finally I had to dispute the charge to get my money back that they stole from me. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

I only give it a one because something showed up yesterday after 4 months of waiting.. I ordered wind chimes and two collars that had matching bracelets.. I didn't recieve anything and was told that I must have ordered from someone else... then out of the blue some ugly looking tablecloth showed up randomly... You people are awful and you scammed me. Won't happen again.

Scam company. I ordered the 3 different wind chimes. Did not receive the 3 different ones. 2 if the same and the cheap thin thread they use does nothing but stay in a big knot. One of them was frayed and almost broke into when I opened it. Wasted $45.00 on this crap. Never again.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I waited forever for my order and when I never received and update or response, I looked for legit reviews and I knew I’d been scammed. I had to go through my credit card company to assure my funds were returned. If I wrote more, I’d only be reiterating the other reviewers. The emails I received were exactly what they received. The customer service isn’t. Do not buy from this site.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered. I ordered on Mar 20th 2020 so I sent a message to cancel on May 15th and got no response until May 20th saying my order had been shipped. Then I received another email on May 24th once again saying my order had been shipped. The tracking number they gave me obviously doesn't exist because I called the post office to check on it and they said there was no information on that number. I then sent another email to them on June 1st and haven't heard a damn thing from them.
I tried to find them through the better business bureau but didn't have any luck. Not sure what my next option is but there's got to be something I can do about it. I want my money back!!

ordered in March then hadn't received it so emailed to cancel then on may 14th got email back saying to late to cancel that it's on it's way. Have not received my purchases yet and it's June 6th. they Suck.

It has been 2 months since ordering my item. They won't return my emails but keep sending me emails that says don't worry your item with ship soon but I can't respond back. Their communication and speed are TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money.
