It was a scam. Despite many seemingly good reviews, I think they are robots.
This company took the money and didn't ship the product.

I bought a medical device via PayPal, however, was never delivered. Also communication stopped, no chance to reach paxamedical staff. Fake company suspected.

It took an aggravating 12 days to resolve the problem, as I had to proactively contact them by calling Paxa to inquire about the delay. It would have been greatly appreciated if Paxamedical had taken the initiative to inform me about the issue and provide updates on the progress of the renewal.

I must say, my overall experience was quite satisfactory, except for one minor setback. Upon receiving my shipment, I noticed that the box had endured some damage during transit and had been resealed. While I don't believe an times were missing, it was disconcerting to encounter a similar issue with the July shipment, although the extent of repackaging was not as severe as the previous one.

I have noticed a minor inconvenience when it comes to reordering after receiving a reorder notice from PAxaMedical. Unfortunately, I am unable to select specific items that I need for that particular month. Instead, I am required to reorder the entire set of items, even if I only require a few. This limitation forces me to endure the time-consuming process of placing an order over the phone. It would greatly enhance the customer experience if Paxamedical could implement a more efficient and personalized system that allows for individual item selection during the reordering process.

I'm afraid there was a notable lack of communication regarding my order, which left me quite disappointed. Despite clearly mentioning during the ordering process that I was currently undergoing physical therapy and expecting a phone call to discuss my next order, I never received any follow-up from the company. It's unfortunate that my concerns and specific needs were not addressed as promised...

While browsing on Google, I came across Paxamedical and decided to proceed with placing an order for the GE Datex-Ohmeda Avance S5 Anesthesia Machine. Initially, I had reservations and concerns about this company due to their competitive market pricing. However, I proceeded with my order, and I am pleased to report that it was delivered successfully. It is worth mentioning that there was a delay of approximately one month in shipping the product due to "Customs Clearance" issues.

I realize the delivery time was not in your hands. It was solely a manufacturing issue. As always, you guys are phenomenal.
