I have a lost account that I can't recover because support is unavailable unless I'm logged into an account.

SCAM I LOST 250$ they locked my account and they bot reply only.

It's a useless SCAM place! I tried to sell 3 APPLE GIFT CARDS (100+100+100). All users say they are USED when you redeem them! I also made a video on my channel youtube just search Konteoro; I lost two disputes (no sufficient evidence provided by the moderator's message) but I sent all the RECEIPTS-VIDEOS-PICTURES OF THE CARD-CONTACT WITH APPLE! On the other side the user just says INVALID CARD NOT REDEEMABLE and WINS without any problems. I only won one DISPUTE and lost two cards!

Too many scammers on Paxful and the platform takes their sides when you dispute. I lost $1000 this morning to a trader and despite overwhelming evidence against the seller, it was awarded to him. To make things worse, I'm unable to rate and write on my experience on the sellers page. Paxful has to be in on it.

Paxful is not safe anymore. There are many fraudsters on this platform. I just got scammed 200USDT here today. I was very blatantly scammed out of Amazon gift vouchers and despite providing more than enough evidence, they still favoured the trader which leaves me to believe there is organised crime happening at Paxful. I am horrified at the way everything was handled and urge people to be very careful while doing any sort of P2P trade.

I was scammed by a fraudster. I made the payment, but he denies it. Incredibly, the Paxful Moderator rewarded the dispute to the scammer, even though I provided proof of payment. I wish you would go bankrupt soon.

The Paxful system is full of injustice by the moderators. I got scammed off my $500 Apple card. I provided the evidence and the details they needed, yet, they rewarded the dispute to the scammer. I am closing my Paxful account and can't stand it! It's hard to deal with the feelings of being cheated when you know that you are right and deserve justice.

paxfull is shirking its responsibilities, if a btc seller scams you on their site and empties his wallet, paxfull does not refund anything and shirks the responsibility of their sellers that they host.

I had been using my business account on Paxful from 2022 until late 2023 with no issues. I never lost a dispute, never violated any rules, and had been inactive for months. When I decided to return and trade again, I was shocked to find my account banned without any explanation.

I reached out to support, and instead of providing a clear reason, they sent me a generic, copy-paste response with no details. When I tried to ask about my case in Paxful’s Telegram and Discord groups, I was banned from those too—simply for asking questions.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, Paxful chooses to silence users rather than provide transparency. This raises serious doubts about how they operate.

If Paxful is banning accounts without explanation and shutting down conversations, how can traders trust the platform? Users deserve clear communication and fairness—not random bans and censorship.

At first this was okay. And after a while, I couldn’t fathom how they held my money until now. It’s painful because I see my money rise with the bitcoin rise but support says nothing

I get a complain moderated only to not receive any help from the company and lost my money.

Stupid Shala Company I saw this company for the first time in my life. There is no one as stupid as you.Why are you lock my account? Is the account in your father's name?

1. *I was scammed* during a transaction on the platform, where the scammer took possession of my funds.
2. When *I reported the issue*, the scammer still had the funds or had not yet sold or transferred them, which meant the support team could have intervened and frozen their account to protect my money.
3. *The team failed to take the appropriate action in a timely manner*, allowing the scammer to move and use the funds elsewhere.
4. *After a few days, they informed me that they had banned the account*, but at this point, it was pointless since the money was already lost and not recovered.

This behavior reflects *the slow response* of the support team and their inefficiency in making crucial decisions to protect users. They should have acted immediately upon receiving the report, not after the ban became useless.

Paxful is a professional group of SCAMMERS.
They stole 4,000 Bitcoins from me.

I have been a user of paxful for over 5 years and I love this platform very much but two days ago I woke up in the morning trying to log into my account and all I seen was my account is frozen and no email send, I’m confused and worried, i need help from Paxful......Yesterday paxful marked my ticket ID 230811 resolved while my account is still frozen, I'm getting so frustrated about this because I'm losing a lot of money on my bitcoin dropping hard, please help me paxful............update Paxful has unfreeze my account, thanks so much to teams paxful
