The box inside the parcel packet which was suppose to be gifted to someone was found damage. Mind you this is not the 1st time, another item that I received from my sender was damage as well. I have been using PAXI for several years and, until recently, I have never experienced issues like this, which makes the repeated damage particularly disappointing.
Paxi is not honest,they say delivery withing 5-7 working days.
The parcel was in the warehouse for more than 7 days..
It's suppose to be delivered in 7 days..
We took our parcel 14 September 2026 today is the 25th and we still waiting for delivery..

Paxi is the worst service you could ever think of when you want to send your parcels. Their delivery service sucks and the communication is non existent.
If you want your parcels to reach their destination do not even think about using paxi because you will regret.
The delivery is super delayed we've been waiting more than 3 weeks for the package to arrive more than 10days with the same update of it's being processed for delivery. I don't know if you can call this a service because there's no service and it's useless
