Amazon Prime Video 30 day free trial trap
I recently accepted the Amazon prime video 30 day free trial offer. After about 20 days I realised that there was nothing of interest for me so I cancelled. I got confirmation of my cancellation. I have seen on my credit card statement the 49 euros to be charged if I didn't cancel has still been charged. I have now spent half a day trying to resolve this matter and found it impossible to make contact with Amazon. Everything is now covered by FAQ's and no answer fits my problem. Avoid these 30 day trials with Amazon and all other companies. Only developed to trap unsuspecting customers into long term contracts.
