Hey that's not bad at all!

Hey that's not bad at all!
Their platform is fast and simple, accepts many payment gateways, and can be integrated with an endpoint.
Withdrawal takes almost exactly 4 business days as stated and support replies within 24 hours.
The only thing I'd work on more is the integration system, it's not as evident to make an invoice and fetch completion, an invoice-based system would resolve everything.
I appreciate your work.

I can only agree with the other users…

I can only agree with the other users here — withdrawals take forever.
Pay4bit claims they process payouts within “3 days,” but in reality every withdrawal is stuck much longer . For merchants, this is extremely frustrating and unreliable.

Thank you for your feedback.

We’d like to clarify that withdrawal timelines depend directly on account status and compliance completion.
All payouts are processed within the stated timeframe only after successful KYC/KYB verification and submission of complete, valid documentation.

In cases where verification is incomplete, documents are missing, outdated, or screenshots do not meet compliance requirements, withdrawals are automatically placed on hold until the issue is resolved. This is a standard regulatory requirement, not a discretionary delay.

At the moment, we cannot identify any confirmed withdrawal request that exceeded processing time after full verification was completed. If you believe this is an error, please contact our support team via the ticket system with your merchant ID so we can review your case in detail.

We remain committed to transparent and compliant processing for all merchants.

Working with Pay4bit for digital goods…

Working with Pay4bit for digital goods is simply impossible.

Their “Risk Level” system is meaningless: even orders with 0 (minimum risk) can still result in disputes. The merchant always takes the loss, even if the customer has received and used the product.

The fee structure is outrageous:

€25 is charged just for opening a dispute,

another €40 fine if you lose,

plus transaction fees that are already higher than industry average.

So Pay4bit profits from:

transaction fees,

dispute fees,

penalty fees,
while the merchant is left with losses and angry customers.

This is not acquiring — it’s a one-sided model where the provider always wins, and the merchant always loses.

For digital projects: absolutely not recommended.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our platform.

We would like to clarify a few important points:

Dispute and fee policies are clearly outlined in the agreement that every merchant accepts before onboarding. These terms follow the same standards used by other payment processors in the industry.

Risk scoring and dispute outcomes are largely determined by card networks and issuing banks. In many cases, Pay4Bit does not make the final decision — it is decided by the customer’s bank.

Fees and penalties are not designed as extra profit for Pay4Bit, but to cover the operational costs of handling transactions and dispute administration.

We remain open to dialogue and are always willing to review individual cases in detail. However, it is important to understand that the rules for digital goods, refunds, and disputes apply equally to all merchants and cannot be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.

Withdrawing funds is hell

Withdrawing funds is hell! They say it takes three days, but in reality, the withdrawal request hangs there for two weeks and you have to write to them to finally get them to transfer the money to your crypto wallet! Either fix this or don't bother working at all!!!!
