Hey that's not bad at all!
Their platform is fast and simple, accepts many payment gateways, and can be integrated with an endpoint.
Withdrawal takes almost exactly 4 business days as stated and support replies within 24 hours.
The only thing I'd work on more is the integration system, it's not as evident to make an invoice and fetch completion, an invoice-based system would resolve everything.
I appreciate your work.
I can only agree with the other users here — withdrawals take forever.
Pay4bit claims they process payouts within “3 days,” but in reality every withdrawal is stuck much longer . For merchants, this is extremely frustrating and unreliable.

Working with Pay4bit for digital goods is simply impossible.
Their “Risk Level” system is meaningless: even orders with 0 (minimum risk) can still result in disputes. The merchant always takes the loss, even if the customer has received and used the product.
The fee structure is outrageous:
€25 is charged just for opening a dispute,
another €40 fine if you lose,
plus transaction fees that are already higher than industry average.
So Pay4bit profits from:
transaction fees,
dispute fees,
penalty fees,
while the merchant is left with losses and angry customers.
This is not acquiring — it’s a one-sided model where the provider always wins, and the merchant always loses.
For digital projects: absolutely not recommended.

I have had a positive experience.
Their support has been satisfactory.
Withdrawing funds is hell! They say it takes three days, but in reality, the withdrawal request hangs there for two weeks and you have to write to them to finally get them to transfer the money to your crypto wallet! Either fix this or don't bother working at all!!!!
