Hello - I was using this online merchant - I created 12 invoices withing one month for the services rendered to my clients.

The clients got the link from "paybito" and they paid via credit cards and ach payments. In total it was a $750,000.00. When it comes to payouts - the merchant "paybito" wouldn't answer my calls, along with over 120 emails following over 342 calls. I have screen shot of all the conversations, invoices, voice notes and email communications. they then sent a message asking for over $12,000.00 to release my money.

Someone please help me share this company online. They told me during our initial calls that they were based in California, later discovered they are in India and use different names in personas. Names like Neil, Aaron, Harry, Michael.. Each fake persona would play different rolls.

I have reported them to the FBI - VIsa< AMEX and Master Card. I am trying to find another ways to report them for our government to help me het my money back and end them.

Left out key details when asking about the product. Didn't let me know all the details before purchasing. during setup I was told I needed a domain to proceed. I was told pre purchase it was not needed, I was told the CC fee was between 3.5 and 4.5% plus the $149 month. After the purchase I was told that there is also a $1.00 per charge on top of everything else. Then ghosted me and never called back. I asked for a refund and was ignored.

This is scam with fake reviews. They scammed me, stole my money, and never returned it. Their support team does not respond.

My experience with PayBitoPro left me very uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided not to proceed with their service.

At first, I was interested, but because I have been scammed in the past, I asked several questions and expressed concerns before making any financial commitment. Unfortunately, the representative I dealt with, Neil, became increasingly confrontational and aggressive. Rather than respecting my hesitation as a potential customer, I felt pressured to make a payment and was repeatedly reminded that I had supposedly committed to purchasing a membership.

When I decided not to move forward, the conversation became unprofessional. I was called “a confused man,” told that they don’t deal with people like me, and that I was a “total waste of time.” I believe any customer has the right to ask questions, conduct due diligence, and change their mind before making a purchase.

I am not making any claims about whether the company itself is legitimate or not. I am simply sharing my personal experience with their customer service and sales approach. For me, the high-pressure tactics and disrespectful communication were enough to walk away.

In addition, after reading numerous online reviews from other customers, I became even more concerned. I came across complaints alleging fraud, difficulties obtaining refunds, and claims that products received did not match what was advertised. I cannot personally verify those allegations, but they reinforced my decision not to proceed and to look elsewhere.

I encourage anyone considering this company to do their own research, read reviews from multiple sources, ask plenty of questions, and make sure they are completely comfortable before sending any money.

i was told that i would get a proper merchant account they lied and made me purchase a stupid plan i asked for refund so they stop replying dont buy from here.
