Aditya has been my go to guy for months…
Aditya has been my go to guy for months now. He is very helpful in walking you through troubleshooting. I've had to have a few machines replaced, but he is always very punctual on shipping them out. Once I tell him they're stuck and broken with pictures, he immediately gets me a new one within the week(usually just a day or two). We have used Paybotic for over 2 years now and I have no plans on switching. Thank you Paybotic, and thank you Aditya for everything you do!

Paybotic has been very responsive to any issues I have had with my card readers throughout my time using their service. I appreciate that they respond very quickly, even at late hours (which is important in retail).
quick resolution
Aditya took my call when our debit reader stopped working. He wasted no time in getting us a replacement. There was little I needed to do, and the terminal arrived quickly. The best part was that it came with the tethered PINpad and I just needed to plug it in!

I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix.
Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.

I help operate a fully licensed cannabis retail facility in CA.
Working with Paybotic has given our shop confidence in accepting debit cards for payments. The point of banking/cashless ATM method is the compliant way to offer our members another form of payment - those sales tickets are typically +25% higher than our cash sales!
I am thrilled with the customer service I have received from Paybotic's responsive support team. Previous providers would seemingly fall off the face of the planet when an issue would arise.
Other service providers did not offer the options in terminals, nor did they provide the uninterrupted service we now receive with Paybotic. We have expanded from POS terminals in-store to using mobile terminals for our delivery service!
