Paybyphone authorised a payment from my card for a parking session I did not use. Contacted them to dispute this and they said they will request a refund from the parking operator.

Parking operator refused the refund citing that the admin fee for processing a refund is £15 and therefore they cannot issue a refund.

I will now be escalating this further and contact the Ombudsman, Trading Standards and ICO as my data has been breached and both, the parking operator and Paybyphone are refusing to acknowledge the breach or issue a refund.

As the payment was made via Paybyphone, I will hold them responsible. If your app is not secure and fraudulent activity is happening, you should investigate this as it is something serious!

ok i treid to log into my ringo to pay for parking and this come up paybyphone for your parking
it asked me for a £1 payment which i did (foul)
but it did not look like the ringo app so as i had to get the parking paid for before i when home i found the ringo app which was now online so log in to my ringo and paid like i always did then the next day i find that paybyphone.com had taken £59.00 out of my account no message no e mail etc etc just seen it out of my bank !!!! so please tell me who sits there in a car park reading pages of t/c AS I SURE WHEN I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY WILL SAY NO what ever you do DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO i feel so bad about it and you can not call them
