Paycargo is truly deserving of a 5 star…

Paycargo is truly deserving of a 5 star rating. Their website is easy to use and if you have any issues their customer service team is able to assist. Gwendy helped me initiate payment to vendor so quickly by resolving my issue. She was friendly and helpful. It took her about 2 minutes to provide me with a solution. Thank you so much.

Paycargo is good for logistics industry.

I do like to work with Paycargo, it helps a lot with processing payments, fast and convenient. We can call or email to their supporting team if there is any issue. They will reach out to us immediately for the assistance. Talking about this, I thank Ana for her prompt support.

Once again I would like to give a FIVE…

Once again I would like to give a FIVE to PayCargo! Because I need to fix the technical issue asap to complete 3 urgent payments for shipment release. The support team Rep Gwendi replied to my emails and gave me helpful instructions right away so that I can solve the problems just in time! Another Rep McDonald or Hedonal (I am not sure I typed his name correct) but I really want to thank him giving me a call regarding the credit increasing issue and helping me to solve the credit problem. Thank you team for your excellent service as always!

Whenever I called Paycargo for help, there is always somebody answering phone calls!

I seldom give a business a 5-star, but I have to give PayCargo a five. Every time I called in, the Customer service representatives are so nice and professional. For example, I called in 2 times today for help, the Rep Josean gave me suggestions to solve the problem very patiently and professionally. He makes me feel so comfy with PayCargo's service! Thank you!

Excellent customer service

Laura was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to help correct my error (reverting a transaction back to created status so I could correct an incorrect AWB #) within just a few minutes, including contacting the airline for approval to do so. Her help was very much appreciated!
