You see I'm very very old school and back in my day we didn't pay any fee's online and now everything is so different and with Juan's super patience and excellent customer service we navigated thru the process so easily. Long-time user of the PayCargo…

I'm a long-time user of the PayCargo system and have always been pleasantly surprised by my ability to get a CSR on the phone when I've had issues, their professionalism and friendliness in addressing my issue / concern or problem, and their speed to resolution--EVERY TIME! Today my rep Rudy Barro crushed it, stayed on the line with me til my problem was on its way to resolution, and stayed up beat and positive throughout. Go on Rudy!
