Rudy B. was an amazing help. I was trying to make a payment through Paycargo and I was having so many issues he was so patient and walked me through everything. He even waited on the line for me to login and process the payment. Excellent customer services.

Very prompt and helpful client service

Huge thanks to Rudy Barro!
I ran into some issues while making an international payment for the fee to bring my dog into the U.S. Rudy quickly and clearly explained the situation and helped me resolve everything within minutes. His support made a stressful process so much easier!

Customer Service Was 5+ Stars

Even though the experience itself was super frustrating -- technical issues with trying to create an account and to pay by card -- the customer service was 5+ stars!
My service rep was Rudy Barro and he was exceptional and took care of everything.
