Top notch customer service

Top notch customer service.
You made a payment to the wrong vendor, they will constantly call/email the vendor to get it resolved for you.
Jordano, Samantha and Jessica were very patience and knowledgeable.

I received excellent service today from…

I received excellent service today from both Samantha and Laura...definitely worth at least 5 stars. A vendor was overpaid and I needed the payment cancelled. There was a small window of time in which they could make this happen and they did it with time to spare. I've never had a bad experience with PayCargo. You're the best!!

Exceptional customer service they are…

Exceptional customer service they are always there when you need something or have any problems, they respond and solve the problem very quickly. Today Samantha assisted me with a double payment on a refund she responded in a timely manner and quickly solved the problem.
