Everyone has been super helpful each step of the way. It is a bit time consuming on the front end but once you comprehend it - ITS WONDERFUL! Each day I learn more and more and it simplifies my world! It has taken us from a paper dinosaur era to the digital age!

Initial set up teams in Paycom is very helpful and instructive. Still have some issues for setting up, but so far so good.

Streamlined many old-fashioned pen and paper processes and automated time and attendance tracking. Reporting is a breeze and interfaces are easy to use and user-friendly! Anyone looking for an all-in-one HRIS system should look no further, Paycom has a solution for any problem.

The implementation time that we required was quick due to circumstances out of our control. The team was fantastic to work with, especially Fred & Connor. Now that we are out of implementation, our long term rep, Lucas, has been just as awesome to work with.

Paycom is the best choice in HRIS and Payroll systems. The information network that it contains gives managers and administrators a seamless plaform to organize and manage employees. Track trainings, timecards, accruals, FMLA, insurance and benefits, all of it! You can even automate time-off approvals and payroll processing! Customer service is easy to contact and very quick to respond. The integration process was very in-depth to make sure we had everything taylored to our needs and it was satisfyingly smooth. Your Paycom Specialist will work with you and follow up to ensure the best service. I use Paycom every day. We have been with Paycom for 4 years now and I'm so glad we switched. Paycom is so much easier to use and much more versatile than our previous platform. There is no lagging or missing information between HR and Payroll. Customizing what each user can see and access is great for different departments and management levels too. The workflows are great. Paycom is worth the investment. The best feature is the Reports. They have several reports already built, most of which you can customize and download in multiple different forms, such as HTML, XLS, or PDF. You can build your own report too, which is a blessing when it comes to administrative report needs. You can design your own custom reports for government reporting or insurance and benefit reports. I highly recommend trying Paycom! You won't regret it.

Paycom is a wonderful HRIS program that it is hard to know where to start! We love all the ways that we can customize the system to work in exactly the way we need it to for our business. Our service experience has been overwhelmingly positive with one notable exception, but in that case, Paycom stepped up and worked with us to quickly make it right.

We're a small company but complex. Our sales rep was great as well as Michelle, our new client set up. Super nice!

They are responsive, helpful and are willing to walk me through issues.

I do find some of these surveys confusing. I wish they had a more specific title, for example was this survey for a new code we had built?? Because that team is very different from the team that I work with each day on all of our active codes.

Terrible. This app looks and is genuinely worse than ADP. My phone got water damage and doesn’t have cell service so I can’t get their stupid verification setup AT EVERY POINT OF TRYING ANYTHING. Can’t change my BANK, can’t ANY of my information, EFF you Paycom!!!

The app is pure garbage. Somehow they were able to make logging in even worse than paylocity and paylocity was probably the worst app I've ever used.

Do HR companies have monkeys writting code or something?

We use the Paycom app in our workplace. It is very simple to clock in and out and put in time off. It is also to nice to have all my documents on the application at my fingertips. I like being able to use my phone for all of these things.
