Absolute frauds . Send me blinds that did not even fit and would not remeasure or give me the money back .

Delivered my sofa and asked for extra delivery money and when I refused as my partner brought the sofa into rhe home (I had delivery fee but they wanted extra £100 in cash on day ) the delivery called me a mad b**ch and is now sending me texts to bluff me by advising they are coming to my home to remove good

Consider this your warning.
This is up there with the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had as a customer.

A lack of communication as to when the appointment will be completed
Unprofessional fitters that arrive and complain about how much work some aspects of the job would be.

Hidden policy’s on refunds so now that I’ve requested a cancellation they are claiming that 50% of what I’ve paid will not be returned to me when this policy is no where to found was not sent to me

Absolutely ridiculous

Discusting people took three payments out of my account in a matter of weeks without my knowledge and wouldn't refund me my money they STOLE! This will be taken thurter as they pray on vulnerable people! WANKERS ! they need to be taken to court so watch this space

Avoid worst company never completed my carpet kept taking money sonhad cancel my card even afterntaking card of site they still kept taking money so cancell it now ive requested them remove my carpet clear my balance will never use these again fraud taking even after removing card bank stated theybwere manually debiting my card putting details in amount so on there part is also fraud its bow paydayflooring.com they they removed -

The rep was just all about money. Asking me to confirm availability and reminding me of deposit it was like she was just interested in money. Responses were quite unprofessional and actually put me off. Never had this kind of experience with any pay weekly carpet/flooring company and I’ve used others for all my flooring and carpets in the past. Obviously stumbled across the wrong one as I thought this was one I’d used before but definitely wasn’t do not recommend made me feel very uncomfortable that I cancelled my appointment and blocked them from contacting me again

They are taking advantage of vulnerable peoples circumstances. They provide a shoddy no good service. The actual flooring supplied by paydayflooring was ok, BUT DO NOT let them fit your floor. Waste of your time and money!

My review is months later after I am still forced to pay for flooring that looked like it was fit by a child. I have just logged into my account to see that they have named my profile “name x wonky &bumpy floor”
I paid extra costs to get it corrected and mastic applied (all around) as apparently according to these guys, this is not a service provided by there floor fitter…. Laughable!
I am forced to pay the remainder of the bill for the floor provided by them,yet months later nothing has been done to correct there mess neither did they offer any assistance or discounts.
In fact they did offer a job correction on 3 separate occasions, on all 3 occasions nobody showed up. They give you a number to call the fitter. No communication from the fitter. Time wasters!
The fitters are not registered or legit so any liability lays with nobody. Very Jammy!

Do not use this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a dining room floor, waited weeks for the date paid the floor layer and they laid down the wrong color and style floor, stopped halfway through and told me they didn’t have enough to finish. Left with my money and left me with half of a floor that wasn’t even what I ordered.
Whenever I ring up I am completely dismissed in a patronising tone, they told me he would be back Friday to finish the job so I took the day off work and no one turned up, just started ignoring me come 6pm the cut off point.

can this company be prosecuted for the misleading, conning, inconveniencing?
I had someone come to measure for carpet fitting for my stairs, paid the deposit on the day and arranged for monthly payment for the total cost of the carpet and underlay. A date was set for fitting which up to date, January 2026, my stairs are still not fitted. This was to be done in December 2023.
3 years down the line, appointments are given but nobody turns up and nobody ever calls to cancel for the appointment. There's always somebody available when the fitters come so its not on my side. Every time I call to complain, the office is quick to fix another appointment that results to no one turning up.
I requested for my money back and I was told that they will be cancelation for. I am cancelling because so far its clear you are never going to fit the carpet on my stairs. I am so tired and looking for county courts to take this matter.
I wish i had looked for the reviews before engaging with this type of people/company
THE DATE AND YEAR OF THE EXPERIENCE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO WRITE THE ACTUAL DATE WHICH IS 14/11/2023

Shocking overal. They measured up, never mentioned I'd need screeding or I'd have to rip up the old floor myself. So they cancelled my fit last minute saying I needed to do that lot. I had to do itself as I'd not budgeted for that as they'd quoted all in. Once this was done they cancelled yet again because it wasn't done well enough and wasn't even enough. So i sorted that. Then the fitter told me I needed to remove washer,fridge freezer and tumble dryer (last minute information again!) So we had to cancel again whilst I sorted ed that. 3 lost days at work so far and lots of additional costs and work not included in the work they do and not previously discussed so I had no idea they wanted me to get it done!

The day of fitted finally arrives (I waited another 1 after their last cancellation because they were booked up apparently) and the fitter rocks up with only half my flooring and tries to convince me I ordered wrong ! As I'd been on the phone to them a million times, sent emails and their own worker measured up himself i knew this was not the case! They also unexpectedly dropped off half the carpet I'd paid for and some underlay. But claimed they no longer had a fitter in the area and so I needed to arrange that myself!

I'm now stuck with no dining room floor for another month (its been 6 already) and a massive carpet roll to step over and protect from my dog and my kids!

We arrange yet another fitting date for the second half of my kitchen diner (after much pushing from me) and the delivery of the last of my laminate and the last roll of carpet they owe me which I've paid for in full months back now! Why this couldn't have been delivered with the first roll and the underlay no one seemed to know!

The laminate fitter now wants a second £150 out of me because he has to come back out and of course I've got to find and fund a carpet fitter for the rest!

They fail to deliver enough underlay, no grippers, no glue and no door joins so now I need those! More cost !

Total quote £1000 for floors provided and fitted

Final cost in reality 4 days off work (£200) grippers and glue £27.99, extea underlay £30, screeding labour £120, screeding equipment and product £80, ripping up old floor and transferring to refuse centre (1 days labour £60) fitting costs £450

Had new exspensive flooring and carpet on my stairs which was great only major problem i payed 258.00 pounds fof fitting and the beading is terrible wasnt fitted edge of door frame to cover gaps a piece wasnt pinned tidy no beading by front door and one piece by stairs didnt aline properly called the company nemerouse times for a fitter to redo 3 times i stayed in no show .phoned the company back fitter tried making out the reason didnt show no stuck on door bar i asked for a different fitter was told because he fitted he was the one that would have to come back they are sub contracted and found out that i would have to sue the fitter not the comany so anything goes wrong you are out of pocket .when i said to the lady on the phone that they had bad reviews she said they werent pay day flooring but pay weekly on one of the reviews on here its the same company the guy went bust and just changed the name check other reviews you will see for yourself. I forgot to say the metal door bar came loose second night of fit catching my heel and realising it was a nail sticking out took that out following day found one of my dogs chewing on something another nail in total four came out not even nailed down properly so if you get this company check the metal floor bars if we hadnt seen my dog chewing on the nail it would have been an exspensive vet bill . ..disgusting dont use this company go with the others .

apparently ordered the carpet and it was the wrong size and then told me it would be quick to rebook and then they said 1month wait and made me rip old my old stuff before the new stuff turned up now im with out a carpet

they told me theybdone do refunds either!!

Absolutely disgusted! explained I wasn’t available after 3 pm told numerous times yet the rep Tye decided to arrange 5-7 pm after finally changing times he measure stairs wrong waited 4 weeks for carpet only for fitters to arrive unable to fit as carpet was way to small.emailed online chat company no response got greeted with alright mate! Then company rang and wanted me to pay another £50 for the same rep to come out and measure again. No apologies no discount nothing just he’s new! Told them to stick it. AVOID AT ALL COST

1 star to many ! Poor quality flooring but charge a lot for it . I have an open plan living room / diner . They laid Matt finish in one half of the room and gloss finish in other half! Meant to have the fitter back out yesterday to rectify but he didn’t show up or answer calls or text ! This has been going on for weeks .

avoid this compay take money off you book fitting in then no show i ripped all my old flooring up ready for new flooring be aware of the terms as if fitter does not turn up the company is not liable this company is under interest from trading standards my advice stay away there are rude and take money off you than charge you 25 per cent if you cancal .

Absolutely shocking customer service. Was dealing with a gentleman called Ian over message and wattsap to arrange flooring. Had to cancel 2 appointments due to hospital and inbetween was offered flooring from a friend. Ian then said that they also do furniture in which i was going to look into. I kept getting messages and texts about appointments i had not arranged. Told them was no longer interested in flooring and would now not be getting furniture either as they became abbusive. I have now blocked both numbers. STAY AWAY.

What a sham. flooring fitted over items on floor and didn’t stick down properly. Since then I was entered into a DRO and advised not to make any payments. I’ve had harassing texts, emails and calls. They say my DRO company are giving false information to me (lol) and they can’t be on a DRO which they are. I’ve since moved but now they are threatening to go and rip flooring up at my previous accommodation. I’m 62 and disabled yet they are using heavy handed approach. Wish I could give a negative scoring

Start to finish (my flooring fitted today) this company have been fantastic! My fitter Joe absolutely faultless, brilliantly fitted flooring in my kitchen, landing and stairs! Couldn’t have done more for us, really friendly too which is always nice! Even made a fuss of my sausage dog so he gets a thumb up from her too. Shout out to the lovely phone staff too, pleasure to talk to and very helpful. Definitely would use again

1-Star Review – Avoid at All Costs

Absolutely disgraceful. Pay Day Flooring conned a 65-year-old woman out of £150. Their installers cancelled on the day of the appointment, then didn’t bother to show up the next day either — no call, no apology, nothing. This company clearly has no respect for people’s time, money, or circumstances. £150 might not mean much to them, but to an elderly woman or a family on a budget, it’s everything.

They’ve shown zero accountability or care. Trading Standards will be notified — people need to be protected from companies like this. Shameful.

This company is not reliable they did not attend the appointment, they let me down for three occasions and also they didn’t finished, because of that I not happy with them and one of the receptionist was very rude when I called .

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1st appointment booked, and the rep cancelled on the day, because as he said "all his other clients had cancelled" so basically he wanted a free day off. 2nd appointment booked for today, and the rep has not shown up at all. Not even a message or an apology to say he wasn't coming. I've taken 2 days off work for this company, who clearly aren't bothered about potential customers!!
