If I could I wouldn't give even a single star but you have to leave one to leave a review. The gold is good. The communication with their customer base is non existent. Your first time ordering from them they seem legit and will get back to you every time after that however you can forget about ever hearing back from them once they have your money and your product may not ever even show up. Currently thinking lynch mining is just a clever scam. Would highly advise everyone stays away from this company unless they enjoy throwing their hard earned money away. Placed order on 3/17/23 reached out several times over course of past 2 weeks hoping for a response. All I requested was information on tracking. To this day still no response...

Two months now sinse I paid them for an order I have never received plus they said I won a classifier in the raffle and I have never received that either. They dont respond to messages so I have no idea what the problem is but they have lost a customer.

If you can't fill your comitment get out of the buisness. 2 months now. They got my money. No response. Worthless outfit.how about a class action law suit?

Over $400 for paydirt 1st week of March and nothing but email confirmation and the bank deduction. Can't call them as there is no valid phone # to call, emails don't get any response and even the website message form doesn't have a friggin send button! Check out BBB website, this started back in July of last year!!

UPDATE....it took filing a complaint w/ the AGO of Az to finally get a refund. The reason given was supply issues and financial strain

I have spent a large amount of money on 2 orders . Not one has been fulfilled since November. I cant get any help despite repeated phone calls to phone numbers that no longer work. I have sent emails with only one response stating my orders would be shipped on the 27th of December , but they have not been shipped and I have been blocked from Lynch
minning's facebook page after asking for some sort of help.

I would not recommend buying anything from Lynch at this point in time , wait and see if they get their act together and can fill orders and wait and see if they refund my order or honor it . In my country your as only as good as your word and lynch mining's words are not worth my spit.

ordered 2/17/23, as of 3/17.23 had not arrived, lynch would not answer emails . had to go thru my credit card company to get my money back. a once decent company that has turned to crap.

The gold is plated out of 6 grams viles 18 percent of which is actually gold but without being refined it's useless valueless pointless I paid for gold not 51.percent silver totally pissed and want all my time and money back plus the man made gemstones are trash as well but fun to find just wish people had morals to their scams and didn't want to take advantage at every corner to fatten their pockets I hope their sluice box catches in fire

Placed an order on 2/12/23 it's now been over a month and I haven't received my package or even a tracking number. I've also sent 4 emails not one of which has ever been responded to. Do not send Lynch your money! Now I have to go through the whole dispute process with my bank and hope that I can get my money back. Pretty sure Lynch is just a scam as I've been reading stuff all over the internet about how they're not shipping orders out. Buyer beware!

Ordered early early December and still nothing. I emailed after a month a was told theyre out mining and would ship it the following monday. still nothing have tried to email again and now no answer. never had thi sproblem with them before. it pisses me off that they continue to hav e huge sales on their website when they cant even ship things from before christmas. done with lynch.

In December I won a raffle and to this day I haven't received anything. I attempted to contact them by email since there phone numbers don't work. I was told it would be on February 2nd and still I haven't heard anything. I also have three orders in and now it's been a month and nobody will explain why we are not getting our products. I know the dirt will be empty of any gold so I just want my money back.

Placed my order on 05 January 2023. 3 weeks later, nothing had shipped so I emailed to ask if I should cancel the order.

No response ... so I emailed again and requested a refund if my order had not already shipped.

This time, they responded and in a familiar dismissive online business manner, thanked me for reaching out.

They claimed to be out in the field and returning to the office in two days and promised to ship my order then if I didn't cancel it.

Perhaps foolishly, I agreed.

No surprises ... they didn't ship it and still haven't shipped it a week later.

No response to subsequent emails and the web site still shows the order as received / pending.

Now a month since paying, I've had enough.

I lodged a Paypal complaint today. Clearly the only way forward.

Avoid this company.
