Payhip is very easy to use and to customize! I've set up my store in 2021 and they've been adding more features like coaching and memberships. The staff is always ready to help you, providing tips and resources. They're very helpful!
A few tings could be improved, like adding Paypal to the Membership subscriptions to make it easier for customers who want to pay monthly.

Scammed by a seller, Payhip (the company who took the payment) refuse to do anything to help.

My 7 year old son has saved up for a long time to purchase a Boeing 737 pack for his Roblox game.

The £35 we spent, all we have received is a text document saying we would be sent the file in no more than 1 day. It has not been sent and they took the money and now removed the product from Payhip!

DO NOT USE this platform unless you want to run the risk of being scammed.

I'm amazed at how much I can do with PayHip. The platform has every feature I need, and I'm not overwhelmed with tons of features I won't use or can't access without huge investment. Kudos to the product team for having a clear vision, understanding their customers, and executing with focus. Documentation is lacking, and I wish it was organized better, but the support team is great. My support questions are answered promptly, thoroughly, and sometimes with video! I'm really happy to be supporting a great company.

Payhip is great, I like their simplicity, they respond fast and to the point, and they offer a lot of features like the custom domain even in the free plan. Kudos!

Each response to my questions has been thoroughly followed up and explained, so there has never been any multi-layered back-and-forth to a final resolution.

In addition, there is a space right on the dashboard to suggest changes or improvements to the platform. Kudos, Payhip.

So far I've only had good experiences with Payhip. Their cutomer service is fast, and it's a real human that replies to you (unlike some other websites nowadays), which I really appreciate. Their rules and terms are clear, the store is highly customizable, and overall as a creator it's a nice and simple to use site, I highly recommend it!

Lucy from Payhip support was very friendly and helpful. This platform seems to have most of the features that I find important, including mailing list integration, customizable storefront, and easy setup.

As a new blogger and marketer I have a lot of questions, I can't always get the answers that I need from youtube or google, but when I send an email to payhip they always respond in a timely manner. This builds trust. I hope to be with payhip for a long time.

Easily 5 stars. Payhip is amazing, hands down. It has an amazing website, opportunities, and heck a lot of customizations, so you have full control over your website/store. You can join your own domain, your own PayPal and stripe, and everything has its own, detailed instructions. The overall website is simply amazing, has everything a website needs, even more actually. Plus, it has a free plan for all this, and in return you only pay a 5% commission fee for each transaction. I think it’s more than just a great deal for what it offers! The customer service is always very polite, helpful, and straight to the point. Thank you Payhip!
