14/04/2026 - Looks like they have pretty low volume app downloads with only 10,000. I was interested in thier services and what they could do for me as Easy Crypto sold the farm to the Aussies!, integrity, Kiwi support the whole shooting box gone! I had used them for 8 years. Pay it now did not even respond at all. Not a good start and I am still waiting for my legitimate enquiry to be returned. Also looks like a lot os smoke and dagger around their "SPREAD" just pumping the NO Fees... etc but not actually explaining how they calculate the spread. I mean what is it. 2% 3% 1.2% no one knows. I cannot call that transparency unfortunately, so not off to a good start or good solid cost structure.

Non existent customer service. If you do actually manage to get a response its full of sarcasm and lacks any actual help. Special mention to Claudia for delivering the worst service I've come accross in my life.
If you like frequent delays, mistakes without any accountability, transactions being held repeatedly from frequently used legitimate sources, and feeling like youre just another number there to make them money, this is the platform for you!
Be aware, PIN delete all critical and negative Google reviews and only leave the 5 stars. Poor form!

Great service.. fast and easy deposits and withdrawals.Love that you also get a card to load currency onto..I use PIN a lot to play games,it's better than depositing straight from your bank account and leaving a trail of casino transactions for all to see..

I’ve had to deal with their customer service twice now in the last few weeks and I have to say they have been OUTSTANDING! Real human beings who were really helpful in answering my questions and quickly resolving an issue I was dealing with. I can’t say enough good things about them, best customer service I’ve interacted with in years - hands down!

Also, their product is amazing, futuristic even! Not only do they supply a credit card service that I can use from my phone (via Wallet), I can add Crypto to the account to top it up (2 steps: move over Crypto & then add it to your card. Less than 5 mins for each transaction). For those of you embracing the future, this is groundbreaking - to be able to top up your card with Crypto is amazing (and the card works like any normal card for payments & shopping).

I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!
