I was really skeptical at first
I was really skeptical at first. But, after being immediately contacted by Cea, my Paylater Travel Representative, and assurances were made regarding my reservation. And then ultimately going on the trip itself without a hitch on any of my flights (both domestic and international connections). I don't think I could ever go on an intercontinental trip again - any other way! Such a great firm to work with. I can't wait to book my next trip.

I will definitely recommend them if you need help paying for your ticket. Also they have the best customer service !!! Due to an emergency I had to cancel and JONNA and CEA were very professional made the whole process easy for me , they responded quickly, explained step by by step how the process will go and made sure I understand everything. Life saver!
This service was a life saver. The only thing that I would change or give as an option is to be able to make pay-off payment in one shot! You are able to do so, but need to do it by paying the agreed installment over and over.

Great satisfaction
The level of customer service I received from
the representative Elah was nothing short of exceptional. The representative demonstrated remarkable professionalism, diligence, and genuine care, ensuring that the right course of action was taken despite the challenges presented. When my initial flight was unexpectedly changed resulting in an impossibly short layover that would have jeopardized my ability to board the connecting flight the situation could have easily turned into a stressful and disruptive experience for both myself and my children.
However, the representative acted with urgency and empathy, going above and beyond to resolve the issue seamlessly. In a gesture that truly reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction, we were offered a direct flight at no additional cost. This not only alleviated significant stress but also ensured the safety, comfort, and well-being of my family.

Avoid this service like the plague
I have booked and paid 5-6 different flights using Pay Later Travel. Booking a new flight I was told that I couldn't use their service anymore due to an unresolved flight over a year in the past. I offered to resolve this but there was no arbitration. When questioned why I was allowed to use the service over and over again and now was arbitrarily restricted they stated it was a new computer system. The communication was poor and the refund took exceedingly long. They are a company that isn't interested in resolving things in the customer's favor. Better try another service. I will proudly advise anyone traveling looking for an installment option to avoid this service.
