This is the first time purchasing from Payless Medical. The service was excellent and very knowledgeable ladies. My Mom has been using Hollister supplies for over 30 years. I found the customer service was easy to deal with and made the purchase fast and easy. The prices were also less than the other place we use to purchase from and we got delivery the next day where the other place took up to 5 or 6 business days from the day I ordered the products.

The only thing is that on the Internet Receipt, there is no "PAID" mention and it may causes the insurance to ask for another proof. The receipt with the order is saying paid though...but if it is forgotten at shipping, there will be no "Paid" receipt...

I recently had a problem (Ostomy manufacturer) with a product and Payless replaced the product without question. I also received a product which was not compatible with my existing ostomy product and they refunded my payment. First class company. I have been a customer for five years.

This company exceeds great, in my opinion. Many hours, days, weeks and months went into product research as it was imperative to find the right fit for both colostomy and urostomy stoma's. There is so much product available and companies that provide it; the process is long and can be exhausting but you learn so much along the way. Initially several companies were used; I believe one has to try as many as possible, to start! Payless topped the chart! The web site is super easy to manoeuvre, you can shop brand by brand or just simply enter the product # in the search bar and hit enter and it's ready to order or view. They offer a great selection and supplies have always been in stock. What can I say about the shipping? Order today here tomorrow, EVERY-TIME since 2017 and that is a minimum of 1 order per month with zero mistakes. That is incredible, especially this day and age. You guys just make life a little easier and that matters believe me. For me, Payless is the way to go. Please keep up the great work you truly matter.
