The staff doesn't seem to care. We are using them for scanning checks for deposit. I uploaded a batch Mar 18th, the system gave an effective date of Mar 19. now we have to wait 3 days for clear funds. I can deposit funds via my phone camera and those checks post same day. BTW it took several weeks for then to set us up. Emails were ignored, etc
Payliance has hidden fees and is a beast to work with. They operate under at least 3 different business names and send invoices for each. At least one of the invoices is a charge of 19.95 monthly just for getting an emailed invoice (no charges necessary, it's your monthly $20 email). I stopped having payments processed through them and my fees suddenly jumped from $25 monthly on their "Merchant Services" invoice to $151.95 - that's with ZERO payments processed. I was with this company for 3 years. It's like wrestling a behemoth to get anything done. They barely even realize you're a customer.
Super shady and unreliable. They make you pay a lot of miscellaneous fees for no apparent reason. It was also incredibly difficult to contact them for help. Stay away from Payliance!
