Awful merchant.
They emailed me saying 'you can start taking transactions all setup'. So I started to trade my business.
I then hear back 30 days later, they're asking me for further information, and saying my account wasn't approved. I immediately sent all the relevant required documents.
Annoyingly they have said they won't offer me a business agreement going forward...thats fine. I'm not disputing this, but at least return my funds back to me for the transactions made in the last few weeks.
They're now telling me that my customers weren't charged....so I have been providing a service to customers, for free?!
I demand my rightfully owed monies for the transactions!
I do not wish to appeal your decision to work me, you're not a reputable business.

I recommend Paylike very fast customer support responds in no more than 1 hour each time, the services offered by them can even say that they are excellent, if you need a payment processor you can call them without the slightest hesitation you will not be Disappointed, the company I represent has not encountered any problems with Paylike in short everything is perfect.

Easy to sign up (Romania), easy to implement (JavaScript, PHP), great customer support.
We are starter at this kind of payment. The weekly pay-off is too rare. The feed backs are not convinient for us.
But the costumer care is OK!
About 50% of our new customers can't pay the subscription fee with Paylike and the 90% (!) of recurring payments are rejected because of 3D secure problem. Our other payment service doesn't have these problem.
Customer service is fast and kind but they say this is not a problem in Paylike's service. I doubt it. Stay away!

Totally do not recommend it. The worst experience ever.
I was looking for a way to improve our receivables collection by implementing payment links. Somehow liked their offer the best. I applied on their website, they send me a request form asking very confidential questions. Sent all the answers. They sent information that they are evaluating us and will get back soon....... After 7 weeks I reached out again asking how much time more they need for evaluation.
They sent me this:
"After reviewing the specifics of your business case, we have come to the conclusion that we are not able to onboard your business." The answer came from their support email and was signed by CCO. Probably they are still at the stage where the sole CCO makes all the customer-related jobs.
BTW, We are a VC-funded ($15m) Company operating in the Healthcare business, having a good portfolio of descent corporate clients. What risk they see here I will never learn, unfortunately.
@Paylike, of course, you can choose companies you want to work with. My recommendation would be to put a simple Q&A that would automatically refuse all the clients you don't want to work with. That will save everybody's time.
