Great service, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything worked out perfectly while we worked together. Very helpful and professional customer service, great interface to manage transactions, simple fast, professional service without all the hassle. I highly recommend Paylike to anyone looking for an online payment solution.

BEAWARE!!!!

BEAWARE!!!!!

Telephone number never works and they take ages to email, with generic responses !!

If only the ratings allowed me to score negative, I would give these guys -1!!

Awful merchant.
They emailed me saying 'you can start taking transactions all setup'. So I started to trade my business.

I then hear back 30 days later, they're asking me for further information, and saying my account wasn't approved. I immediately sent all the relevant required documents.

Annoyingly they have said they won't offer me a business agreement going forward...thats fine. I'm not disputing this, but at least return my funds back to me for the transactions made in the last few weeks.

They're now telling me that my customers weren't charged....so I have been providing a service to customers, for free?!
I demand my rightfully owed monies for the transactions!

I do not wish to appeal your decision to work me, you're not a reputable business.

Great services & fast support

Great services and professional & fast customer support. Paylike team solved all of our problems in a really short time, although that some of the problems were not caused by their plugin/solution.

I recommend Paylike very fast customer support responds in no more than 1 hour each time, the services offered by them can even say that they are excellent, if you need a payment processor you can call them without the slightest hesitation you will not be Disappointed, the company I represent has not encountered any problems with Paylike in short everything is perfect.
I recommend.

50% of payments are rejected!

About 50% of our new customers can't pay the subscription fee with Paylike and the 90% (!) of recurring payments are rejected because of 3D secure problem. Our other payment service doesn't have these problem.
Customer service is fast and kind but they say this is not a problem in Paylike's service. I doubt it. Stay away!

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear about the issue you experienced and I can assure you we used this case to improve our service.

The Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) rules which were enforced on all EU banks from the beginning of this year meant a significant change in the payment network infrastructure. Similar changes tend to bring some initial friction which most cardholders and payment providers experienced in the first half of 2021.

The issue you seem to have experienced was with some of the larger Hungarian banks. We have worked directly with several Hungarian banks to solve the SCA related issues their cardholders has experienced. We have been monitoring the situation the last month and none of our customers reported similar incidents in that period.

We have reached out to help with your account but it seems you are trying out another payment provider at the moment.

Stay away, they will waste your time

Totally do not recommend it. The worst experience ever.

I was looking for a way to improve our receivables collection by implementing payment links. Somehow liked their offer the best. I applied on their website, they send me a request form asking very confidential questions. Sent all the answers. They sent information that they are evaluating us and will get back soon....... After 7 weeks I reached out again asking how much time more they need for evaluation.
They sent me this:
"After reviewing the specifics of your business case, we have come to the conclusion that we are not able to onboard your business." The answer came from their support email and was signed by CCO. Probably they are still at the stage where the sole CCO makes all the customer-related jobs.

BTW, We are a VC-funded ($15m) Company operating in the Healthcare business, having a good portfolio of descent corporate clients. What risk they see here I will never learn, unfortunately.

@Paylike, of course, you can choose companies you want to work with. My recommendation would be to put a simple Q&A that would automatically refuse all the clients you don't want to work with. That will save everybody's time.

Great work experience with Paylike!

Paylike service is very easy to use. From creating your account, to visualizing your account information, balance or transactions. It is very user friendly. But one of the most important reasons we like using paylike, is their customer service and support. They are great!

Prompt reply and always effective in handling any of our requests. We have been collaborating with Paylike as part of our mobile application service we offer for the food and drink industry.
