Well, maya is good but their customer service sucks. I have ordered a physical card last december 26 2024 but up until now, I havent receive it. I called their CSR and was told that it will be escalated. A ticket was created but then it closed the next day.

In terms of being able to use credit to wallet, they're okay. But of course, you have to pay an interest when you pay it back. Judging from the other recent comments, it's hard to get a live agent to talk to, especially when you're in a rush. My issue with Maya is that they seem to be very VERY active in trying to annoy the heck out of a client by calling them multiple times to remind the person to pay their credit. I know it's part of their job. But they freaking make such a big deal out of it even when you pay early. Now that I tried paying on the due date instead of paying early, my payment wouldn't get through. As a result, my declined payment would be refunded in 24 hours according to them, and I would miss my payment due date. That would mean I would have bad credit score and I would have to pay a fee. If someone finds out they do this on purpose, they're going to have a lot to deal with.

This is extremely frustrating. There's no way to reach a live agent for support. The service is full of bugs and completely unreliable. I withdrew money from an ATM, but didn't receive any cash because the system suddenly went into maintenance. On top of that, I paid off my loan, but they still debited my account afterward. When I submitted a ticket, they just directed me to use their app’s chat feature, which only connects me with AI. I've been scammed twice, and my ticket gets closed immediately. Horrible service!

I am beyond frustrated with MAYA's lack of customer support. After experiencing a serious security breach on my account—where funds were stolen and I was locked out—I reached out to their customer service multiple times. No response. Not even an acknowledgment of my emails. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to prioritize user security.
How can they allow phishing messages to come from their official number and then ignore their users when their accounts and money are at risk?!
It’s been days, and I still have no access to my account or updates on my stolen funds. Their complete disregard for urgent matters shows how little they value their customers. I would NOT recommend MAYA to anyone. If you want a secure platform with reliable support, look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually cares.
