Give Payment Cloud a go!

Nathan really went to work for me. My business threw a bit of a curve ball but Nate and the Payment Cloud folks were awesome. Would highly recommend!!!

The Worst company with merchant service…

The Worst company with merchant service what i know . The hold your amount for them making profit on it .
This is not a Millon dollar transaction. There is not any risk. The client paid with the credit card and the way what I understand with the manager and risk management department .
This is not supposed to be that way once, There is the first reviewed customer and all the amount should be released.
I found it others company what they can released all amount after 2/3 business days . It has been frustrating and disappointing company to work with it.

We applied with our business and was Instantly rejected. We have never borrowed before. Been in business for over 5 years. Only do government contracts. We make over 45,000 per month. They never checked our info. What a joke

Frank Riffe answered all my questions and made me feel like a person and friend not just a business. He always answered my calls and kept me updated on my progress on getting approved for National Bank. All over experience on a 1 to 10 it's a 20.

You all are working miracles! Thank you!

I am so grateful for Payment Cloud! They made a way when there was no way! They stuck with me for weeks and weeks until they found me a provider that would accept me. It is a miracle. Being a startup right when the industry was tanking is not the best position to get folks to take a chance on you but Payment Cloud believed in us and miraculously got us approved. Here we go!
