These people are clowns

These people are clowns. I contacted them and told them that I run a successful online business that processes for 3 million US dollars a year.

I gave them all the iinfo about my business and they were looking forward to processing for me. Only I didn't want to upload my sensitive information. Social security number + passport. You don't give that to just anyone.

They told me there is no way around and it is the only way to have a rock solid merchant account.

I upload everything and wait, wait, wait... 3 weeks later, I write them to ask about the my application status. And they reply this:

I am sorry, we can not process for your type of business.

Really???!!! You could not have told me BEFORE I upload all my sensitive information??

Clowns clowns. Unprofesionnal. Stay away. I am sure they will reply a bunch of crap to protect their reputation. Still, stay away from these people.

These guys are amazing~

These guys are amazing~! I did my research; I needed very high single charge and even higher monthly total over $250K. I requested a call and Kirstan called me within 10 min. We talked and she assured me they could help me, no problem. I got them all the paperwork within an hour and was approved in 3 hours~! INCREDIBLE customer service~! Kirstan is on top of her game. I had questions for her late on Friday as I was setting up my end of the online terminal and she called me back in minutes. Again, the best customer service ever... I just ran my first 3 transactions only 3 days from the time I started until my first transaction. I cannot recommend them enough, easy to work with, professional and customer service minded. Thank you Kirstan and Team for knocking it out of the park with my company.

Harassed

I inquired about their services as a backup in-case the processor I'm potentially signing papers for later this week isn't worth it. Someone from this company reached out to me. He was informative at first but then I mentioned that I would reach out to him again if I needed his services. Instead of him respecting my wishes, he decided nearly everyday to give a link to the same application and prompted me to fill it in, plus he stated he attempted to phone me twice this week. That's harassment.
