if you recharge your d2h by google pay…

if you recharge your d2h by google pay and you recharge through registered mobile no. but they credited that amount to another customer's account and no followup no response.. same thing happens to me and i am totally dissatisfy with all the services..

Waiting for my refund for nearly 50…

Waiting for my refund for nearly 50 days. When do chat they disconnect. They never call back. False promises every time. Frauds. They say they are not responsible for cash flow. And what business they do. Frauds. Delete app if you have, definitely they will trap you one day.

I have called to different customer…

I have called to different customer service phone numbers on GOOGLE PAY and they do not attend...they sent you to their website.
All customer service phone numbers of GOOGLE PAY that appear in these reviews on this website are not true or are not from the US, they are from another country.

WARNING!!!

I was able to transfer the money very quickly to another person but the problem I had was I was scammed by that individual who was on the program OfferUp and so I purchased a product from them only to find out they are thieves as they post products but do not actually send you the product you pay for. I called google pay and put in a complaint against them but within 24 hours google pay has done the investigation and said the thief did nothing wrong so they would not reverse the transaction so my advice is to first stay away from google pay as there are other better programs you can use such as ebay that will do an honest investigation and then if they find out you have been cheated WILL give you your money back, second if you must use them do your research and make sure it is a reputable company before you give them any of your hard earned money because if you get cheated they WILL NOT get you your money back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Worst app

Worst app. Totally unreliable.
If you want to transfer funds in urgency, please think twice using this app as either it may not open at all or your payment will be sent struck up in between delaying credit to the recipient account by 2 days.

Excellent service: Today Hayley Coulam provided me with…

Today Hayley Coulam provided me with excellent support in achieving the PCI DSS compliance I needed in order to satisfy barclaycard complaince requirements.

Her service was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and confident.

She made a daunting task feel easy and manageable.

She also reassured me that payzone would report my compliance status to baraclaycard, so I had nothing to worry about until she contacts me again in about 10 months in order to renew my complaince status.

Really excellent service.

Google pay takes payment for pay per view event gave me paid receipt and never ordered the pay per view

I already spent 1/2 of Monday going over with google pay how I paid for this and never received it. All I received is a bunch of fingers pointing between Google pay and PayPal. This payment seemed to have made it to google but never reached fox app. A simple transaction to watch the pay per view event. The whole evening with family and friends was ruined. If that is not bad enough Google said they were never received the funds, yet you show it as paid on my purchases. I called PayPal right after my call with google to find out what happed. The Google rep said he was going to reimburse me and seeing this not handle today It’s obvious where the trouble is. Not only did you charge once and never sent the payment to fox I had to pay it a second to try and get it to work last minute while my guess started leaving disappointed. The second payment will probably come up sooner or later. Google has showed paid since 8:00 PM Saturday night 2/22/2020. Telling me you never received payment is an insult. As of now all I got was a bunch of lies from google pay. The one thing I know about PayPal after using them for 10 years is they show paid it has been paid. This is the first time I've ever seen any service that shows paid on my account and they say they didn't get paid. That makes no sense at all. This is the first time I’ve used this service and it’s going to be the last. lowering yourself to lies and blaming PayPal is very low-class behavior. I need my money back. I will post this dispute with the FTC, BBB, social media everywhere I can warn people to not use google. They will ruin your parties and lie about stealing your money without providing services. This was supposed to be handled yesterday Feb 24, 2020 and again was not handled. I need this handled ASAP. Is this the best Google has to offer? Taking money from clients never providing a service they were paid for and lowered themselves to lying about never being paid when they showed paid the night it was ordered. You are wasting my time. I am, blown away that Google could be this unorganized taking a simple payment.

Payment pending...

I am using from past 1 yr, sometimes it will work properly but sometimes it will show as payment pending.
Customer will not get message regarding my payment but the amount will be deducted from my account...
Don't trust on Google Pay, better go with paytm or phone pay...

Worst rewards cheat to install app and worst support

Worst cheat to install and use they claim for referral rewards for the first payment and after doing the first transaction they quote not eligible as you already made the first payment. And support is more worst they say stories " it may be like this and like that " no technical support itself. very disappointed with fake rewards. And support people argue that you must manual enter referral codes than why they provide a link to install with referral code. Only a few times rewards and other things work. And don't waste time reaching supports they give google search answers. I was not expecting this from google's product. very disappointed. (For me 81+21 around rewards is not important but felt bad as it is google product and I love google products)

When I started to use it

When I started to use it, I thought it process the transactions quickly. But i was proved to be wrong. Most of my transactions are failed and i am very disappointed from their service. I never except this level of service from Google. according to me this Google product is failed👎☹👎

Very bad service

Very bad service
No Automated refund system.
When we call to GOOGLE PAY customer service regarding any issue and they receive call after 10 minutes.

I had booked train Ticket through GOOGLE PAY, my money got deduct from account but ticket was not successfully Done. I have called 8 times to GOOGLE PAY Customer service and always they are telling, our teams are working on your issue with in 3 business days you can get refund.It is almost one month done still i am waiting when can i get back my money.

Please don't use GOOGLE PAY. Please Use TRUSTED, SECURE and than choose reliable. But GOOGLE PAY is not TRUSTED.

Pay in to Google pay ... Keep waiting

I paid at a merchant outlet scanning Google pay using Bhim. It happened in Hyderabad. For full 5 minutes the merchant did not get acknowledgement. He didn't allow me to go. UPI Bhim and my bank responded immediately.
Pathetic response.

Google pay account suspension

2 weeks ago, my google pay account got suspended for some reason and they requested me to submit some documents. I have submitted my bank statements and utility bills along with my ID and still waiting on a decision. Today, they sent me an email informing me that it could take another week for the process to finish. 3 weeks to verify a google pay account while I have lost access to my subscriptions.
