On Sep 23, 5:19 PM I fulfilled all the requirements. Is this some kind of joke going on here that every day you give me the same excuse just to get rid of me? If you don’t want to do it, then say it clearly. Don’t waste my time, I’ll go somewhere else. Every day one of your people comes and repeats the same dialogue. Even after being such a big company, you people lie that it will be done in 48 hours. Do you think I’m a fool?

How am I supposed to know if you people are even working on my request or not? All you’ve been doing for so many days is making a fool out of me.

Look at the Paymob of Pakistan’s payment gateways that’s exactly why the country is so far behind. This is the real standing of this country.

Amateurish website & no information

Amateurish website. Doesn't look secure at all and looking secure is the 1st thing they should be concerned about if they want customers to pay someone through the site. And any payment portal should state which credit cards they accept especially since after 3 tries the payment link is no longer any good. Whoever set this up has no clue and I will never pay anyone using this service.

Seem a great deal at first but not

Seem a great deal at first but not. Have had nothing but major Issues with Paymob payment API in our shopify store. Initally Nilofer was great at helping at guide us to sign up to Paymob so we could accept AMEX from US customers in our USD account, this was a unique advantage they have over stripe for UAE freezone companies. However after many failed transactions they aren't able to tell us why the customers payments failed unlike other providers do such as stripe, and finally after getting our integration to work we made our first few sales. After receiving $634 in funds into our Paymob account they have only sent us $525 into our local bank account resulting in taking $109 in fees including their card fees, settlement fee, and a hidden charge that we only found from our Banks end after receiving less than was supposed to be sent . This is over 20% which is ridiculous, better to deal with stripe or other payment gateways. Nothing but problems with Paymob so sadly we cannot use them anymore and we have received no amendent to the issues faced.

Masterclass in Incompetence

I just had to take a moment to sincerely applaud your team for delivering what can only be described as an absolute masterclass in incompetence. Truly, I did not think it was possible for a customer support team to be this utterly useless, yet you’ve managed to set a new low. Bravo.

Not only did no one bother assisting me in completing the integration with your APIs—particularly the ones that allow customers to withdraw their own money—but your entire “support system” appears to be built on the sophisticated strategy of blindly forwarding emails between one another, each person hoping someone else will eventually step up and do the job. Spoiler alert: no one did. In fact, it seems you collectively forgot about the email entirely—an oversight I’d expect from a group of unpaid interns on their first day, not a company that dares call itself “well-established.”

The sheer level of unprofessionalism, cluelessness, and outright negligence on display is almost fascinating in its absurdity. If this is how you handle serious business inquiries, I can only imagine the countless frustrated clients who have walked away wondering how on earth you’re still in operation.

Fortunately, I’ve already contacted your competitors—who, unlike your team, seem to grasp the revolutionary concept of customer support. The contrast is, quite frankly, embarrassing for you.

I’m writing not because I expect a resolution (let’s be honest, that ship has sailed), but simply to ensure you are fully aware of just how shockingly bad you all are at your jobs. I’d suggest using this as a wake-up call, but given what I’ve witnessed, self-improvement does not appear to be a strength at Paymob.

Wishing you continued success in maintaining this astounding level of mediocrity.

This is the worst company for sure

This is the worst company for sure! They took a bunch of documents and decided to reject our application. The same documents have been approved by different companies. But paymob is absolutely the worst one

The worst payment gateway

The worst payment gateway that I have ever seen.
Shopify asked at the homepage this gateway will work
and created an account.
I was getting error every time I login
asked team for support that onlybulshits no help nothing.
so I fixed login errror my self by running paymob on USA VPN
Now today I tried to connect paymob account to Shopify it was not connecting again I asked for help to paymob support.
They send me a call and asked that they no support dropship
very bad experience very bad gateway, and a lack of quality staff that can handle errors in the website.
Dont trust this company*********
