Hidden shipping fees
Deceptive pricing and poor communication. The website advertises 'Free Shipping' prominently, yet hidden fees are added the moment a Toronto postal code is entered—even when ordering from the local Downtown branch. Furthermore, their '30-day return policy' is misleading; after calling, I was told many items are ineligible for return despite the site's claims. I reached out via their contact form days ago and have received zero response. Untrustworthy business practices.

They were great on the phone and in the store. When I could not decide between 2 phones he informed me as to how much battery power was left in each. Also they were polite each step and not pushy to make a sale. Big thing was they transferred my info off of old iPhone 6 , onto the iphone13 I chose,which I could not have done.

I am writing this review to make the public aware of my experience at the store located at 1476 Dundas Street East, Unit 6, Mississauga.
We went to this store after seeing a PS5 advertised on the store’s website/app for $449.99, which appeared to be available. We arrived a few minutes before closing and ended up paying $499.99, not realizing at the time that the price charged did not match what was advertised. We were briefly distracted by a phone call during the transaction, which caused us to miss the price difference.
The following day was a public holiday (Christmas or Boxing Day), so we were unable to immediately return to correct the situation. As soon as we had the opportunity, we went back to the store to address the issue.
When we returned, Muhammad told us that the $449.99 price was only for the console alone, without cables or a controller. This was never explained to us at the time of purchase. I also have photos of the website listing showing the PS5 as available, which did not clearly state these exclusions.
At that point, we were told that all PS5 units related to the advertised price had been sold a few minutes before we arrived, which contradicted what we were originally told in-store. No one explained this to us when we identified ourselves as the customers who had come specifically for the $449.99 PS5.
Additionally, we were not provided with a receipt at the time of purchase. A receipt was only given after we returned to the store again.
Overall, the experience involved confusion, lack of clear communication, and poor customer service. The situation left us feeling that, once the issue was raised, the explanation changed rather than being clearly addressed. Unfortunately, this resulted in a very disappointing Christmas for my son.
I am sharing this review to warn other customers to be cautious, verify online versus in-store pricing, confirm whether products are new or used and what is included, and always request a receipt immediately—especially at this specific location.
