I understand what they're going for
I understand what they're going for, but the functionality just isn't there - from implementation to continued function, the performance is lackluster at best. Convenience should be the number one priority for who you partner with. For example, Chrysler Capital - everything was smooth until they changed their system to PayNearMe and it's been an absolute nightmare since. There is no support for me as the consumer - PayNearMe's customer service can only deal with the organization that has contracted with them - or send you to articles that say "contact your biller", and Chrysler Capital couldn't do anything but send me to PayNearMe.
Terrible platform and if you want to keep your sanity through the life of any loan you have to pay back, be sure to steer clear of any company that utilizes PayNearMe.
